"I highly recommend Douglas Allen. The staff were professional from the very start and helped the sale of my flat to go very smoothly.

When I met Steve I had confidence in his knowledge of the local housing market and his ability to achieve a good price for my property. This confidence was well placed. He advised me on the best options for viewing my flat and where I should pitch the asking price based on local comparables.

Steve was amazing throughout and he and his colleague even helped me to get my flat ready for the open day as I was running out of time to clear the clutter!

I had said that I didn't want to be involved in the viewings as I was a bit nervous about it, so his team took care of everything for me.

Once I had found a buyer, for great price, the team ensured that my buyer was kept updated throughout. This was especially important when the property I was buying fell through.

When this happened, the team were very supportive and they understood that buying a home can be a stressful and emotional experience.

They helped me to find suitable alternative properties near to me and I am delighted to say that I have now moved from my flat into a lovely 3 bedroom house. My buyer waited for me to find another home ad I am sure this was due to the great communication he received from Douglas Allen.

Given how complex selling a property can be, I would recommend that you consider the whole package that Douglas Allen offer, and their professional and approachable nature, and don't just go with the cheapest quote you get from an agent who you don't have a rapport with.
