Moneyproperties are a local family business which are currently celebrating their 20th successful year in business having been formed in 2003. In that time they have built up a reputation for honesty and integrity which is second to none. "A very helpful,friendly firm with a deep knowledge of the Town and properties. "My partner and I are first time buyers, and we knew that the market that we would be buying from would be a very competitive one.
We fell in love with the house, and contacted Money Properties to arrange a viewing, which they accommodated very quickly.
After viewing, we fell further in love with the house, so contacted Money Properties immediately to make an offer - the staff then contacted the sellers and came back to us within a matter of hours to tell us that the offer had been accepted.
Although we didn't have a lot of contact with Money Properties, the contact that we did have was efficient, and friendly.

An old 2/3 bedroom cottage standing on it''s own in Forncett St Peter. It has well water and a septic tank. It was well maintained. A large, new conservatory had been built on the back.

"The whole process of selling the cottage went smoothly. Mick was professional and helpful when valuing and marketing the property.

It was a cottage belonging to a friend who had died. That situation was taken into consideration from the start and dealt with in an empathetic way.

Gwen, Sarah and Daniel were always very helpful and communicated at all times so I knew what was happening. Nothing was too much trouble.
