"We spoke to Richard after we arranged to view on of his properties for sale. At flat point we were struggling with William H Brown trying to morleat and sell our house, so we had mutually agreed to terminate heir contract in the loading off period. Richard care to see us after I explained this and was very open and lowest, he gave us some realistic ambitions and was extremely helpful.
