"Initial impression very good, based on dealing with Harriet Naish. Harriet is an experienced, competent professional. Unfortunately her staff don’t quite match up to this standard. Poor communication, botched viewing arrangements, unwillingness to accompany viewings, failure to investigate chain fully and manage parties expectations, lack of intelligent, target sales progression, ineffectual when handling further negotiations (initial sale negotiation was well handled – by Harriet) and dealing with difficult parties on our related purchase. Ultimately they sold our house so we paid them. But entire process stressful and we were disappointed with their overall service."
