"I felt the agent attending was a little too pushy but nevertheless went ahead with the instruction. There was a minor hiccup when some information was loaded onto the website with the wrong asking price but this was quickly ammended & a good will gesture given. "We had been dissatisfied with the service of our first estate agent, without any hidden agenda I was given some very fair impartial advice from Northgate. I tried to resolve my difficulties with the original agent using this advice. No effort to improve was made and so I asked Northgate to become my agent. From the start they were extremely friendly, helpful and business-like. Everything they did was in accordance with my wishes, although they were ready with helpful solutions if I had some query regarding the sale of my property. Every communication was polite and professional. I have not used them before but I certainly would have no hesitation in either using them again myself or recommending them to others. I think the company are already aware of professional development and already look at ways to improve their service. The team is very well trained."
