"Our move was fraught with difficulties everything from our end, as sellers that could so wrong did. The one shining light throughout was Bond’s help and guidance. They acted above and beyond for us whereas our own agents Ward & Partners, Gillingham, Kent did nothing and generally were most unhelpful. We feel that without Bond’s support, advice and friendliness everything would have collapsed.
