Install underfloor insulation and replace boiler

"After numerous calls to myself from the company, a date was agreed to install my underfloor insulation and replace my boiler as part of the government grant scheme.

On the day of the installation no one turned up. I called the company representative she said she will get back to me. No one called and still no one turned up. I called her back and she didn’t answer any of my calls. I sent text messages and she then later replied with very offensive and abusive language."
