Spray foam insulation installed. Old fibreglass insulation removed.

"Stay Warm were really helpful from the initial consultation right through to delivery in answering all questions and ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. They were extremely tidy and careful to ensure no mess was left even though they had bags of messy fibreglass insulation to remove as part of the job. Since the installation, the temperature in the house has been a lot more stable and previous cold spots have disappeared even in freezing weather. "Joe was informative and helpful. I felt confident in his explanations of the work and commitment to completing the works to a very high standard. He helped with the grant voucher application . David led the work in my home during a very hot spell. The team were excellent at the work required which was complicated and intricate and challenging in the heat. All works were completed on time. Everything was cleared away. I would have no hesitation recommending Stay Warm Insulation."

"I cannot praise Stay Warm Insulation too highly. From making the initial enquiries with Joe and grilling him many times subsequently, to Simon who carried out the survey and who was so courteous and friendly and finally the installation team, David and Julio who carried out the most superb job, smiling their way through a blistering hot day. They were here early, worked non stop until the job was completed and left the house absolutely immaculate, it was as if they had never been. We are so grateful to all the team and cannot begin to recommend Stay Warm Insulation highly enough, they are all extremely dedicated and true professionals. "The team were really helpful and professional from the start to finish. From the initial contact to the visit and quote. They helped me out with applying for the green homes grant and explained the steps for the whole process.

The team arrived bang on time and were very polite, friendly and professional and most of all respected the space they were in. After viewing they explained to me what can and can’t be done, and explained what steps they would be taking and roughly how long it would take and stuck to the plan. And small hiccups were instantly discussed and resolved and work carried out professionally and I am really pleased with their work.

"From our first meeting with 'stay warms' rep Simon we knew this was the company we hoped could do our GHGS. Simon was very professional and his paperwork was comprehensive which is what is required from GHGS. On installation day the technicians arrived well in time, they were very polite and got right to it. They made sure they prepped our home to protect it from any mess and the install was done quickly, professionally and with a smile. We highly recommend this company."

"Excellent service from start to finish!
A full survey was carried out and a competitive quotation was submitted. Upon acceptance of the quotation, a date for the works to start was given to us.
Everything was explained step-by-step.
All the works were done to a very high standard.
The rooms were left immaculately clean and tidy at the end of the day.
The relevant guarantees and certifications were promptly submitted at the end of the works being completed.

Spray Foam Loft Insulation

"Simon and Joe were fantastic. During the consultation they explained exactly what they would do and how much it was. We told them our needs and budget and they were very accommodating. They gave us a very fair price and work commenced within 2 days. On the first day the foam pipe broke so the team had to leave the job to be completed another day. They fixed the pipe and returned the next day at 8:30am and finished and the team kept apologising for taking an extra day even though it wasn't their fault. We didn't have to pay a deposit either, they said pay on completion when you have inspected and are happy with the work. They also provided all the guarantees and certificates by email.
Really positive experience and very professional, exemplary customer services and I have already recommended them to family and friends. They were both always there to answer any questions or queries we had as well."

Foam Spray loft insulation on the pitched roof

"First spoke to Joe, he outlined exactly what would need to be done and ball park figure of costs. Then Simon arrived and measured the loft, once again explained and asked if I had questions. We had wasps nests which they said they would take care of. We went back and forth on the work to be carried out and the cost and they were very understanding and acocommodating and we came to a very reasonable price.
Within 2 days they started the work and as promised they broke up and removed all the wasps nests. They then started spray foaming but the pipe got jammed so they had to leave it for that day. They promised they would arrive the next day to complete the job and they did. The work was completed to a very high standard and we didn't even have to pay a deposit. They said pay at the end when you are happy with the work. They sent all relevent documentation and certificates as well. Both were an absolute pleasure to deal with and very polite and understanding. They told the truth about everything they said and carried out the work and customer service to very high standard. I would have absolutely no problem recommending this company to my friends and family for loft insulation and in fact I have."

Two sessions of residential under-roof spray foam insulation to about 50m^2.

"The guys were fast and tidy, and nothing was a problem. They laid dust sheets wherever they walked or routed the hose, and they took extra care around plants in the garden without being asked to. The insulation is doing what it's supposed to. The installation was remarkably quick and uncomplicated, compared to the alternatives, so I am glad that I chose this route."

"The whole process from start to finish was excellent, right from the initial enquiry telephone call which gave helpful and then ongoing advice, through to a prompt and thorough survey and quick installation date. The installation work was carried out really efficiently and cleanly, including vacuuming 3 floors of stairs on the way down!
