Following the installation of an air sourced heat pump and an increase in the number of solar panels it was essential to re assess the EPC for 6 Finlay Close, Pitlochry.

Provide us with a Energy Performance certificate.

"He was very pleasant and polite, took lots of pictures and seemed to know his stuff. After he’d finished, he asked to stay in the kitchen to complete his paperwork – this demonstrate how long that takes him and was very through. He was here about 45 minutes. He brought his own ladders and coffee and took his shoes off even though I said he didn’t have to!
