Loft insulation and trickle vents PIV system

"The company were very easy to deal with, the office staff were polite and helpful. Dale and Ron insulated the loft and fitted the trickle vents, they were both very polite, friendly and courteous and explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up everything and left my house as they found it. I would recommend this company and these two fitters .

Michael fitted the PIV system, he was very polite and courteous and explained to me how this system would benefit me. Once again my house was left as Michael found it."

"I found that the project workers and contractors were very agreeable and very helpful and reassuring and repeating things that I requested to understand. They were also very tolerant of any misunderstandings I may have encountered.

The organisation was lengthy from application to installations, but I expected that.

loft insulated with 270mm wool this week and draght proofed the latch

"The team came back after a failed attempt a few weeks ago. The team came in the afternoon to prepare the loft, lift the floorboards, etc... as it was the evening when i had to look after the kids and put them to bed, the team offered to stop the work and come back in the morning to roll everything out which they did. They asked me to have a look before they went and we had a debrief about everything including of the notes they left in the loft to certify the work.
Dale and Ron were very courteous and professional and did what they could to be tidy despite the rainy time outside.
Thank you for the work; i hope we feel the difference this winter."

"We had two operatives called Dale and Ron. They worked as a Team to top-up our inadequate loft insulation. Dale and Ron explained what they would do and then did it. Quick and very professional. Very polite and took off their footwear until a protective covering was laid on the carpet and stairs. They cleared up after themselves both in the house and on the driveway. Dale and Ron are a real credit to Carbon Rewind and were great ambassadors for your company. Grateful thanks to both Dale and Ron."

I had the PIV installed on 17/5/24 and a manual left with me. On 8/7/24 the loft insulation was installed and on 10/7/24 the Cavity Walls were insulated.

"Polite and friendly service and flexible about installation appointments.
TrustMark certificate of lodgement PI88243-1 says the installation was on 1/7/24 but in fact it was on 8/7/24 for the loft insulation then 10/7/24 for the cavity wall insulation."
