I have had lots of problems with delamination of the doors on my Wren kitchen. Michael has been so kind at helping me. I ring Wendy, leave a message, she gets back to me and Michael comes round to replace the doors as soon as he can. Thanks to both of you.

"My kitchen was installed by Wren in 2013 and after a couple of years the doors started delaminating. I contacted Wren and they replaced all the doors and drawer fronts under the Warranty. Apparently there was a problem with the delamination of the kitchen we chose when they were being manufactured, so there was no charge to us. Thereafter, each time this happened, I just rang Flatpack Wizards when the door replacements arrived and Michael came round. At the end of the Warranty I have to pay Flatpack Wizards for their work and their charge is extremely reasonable. I rate them as excellent."

New wardrobes assembled.

"This is the second time we have used Flatpack Wizards. The first being 2 years ago when we moved into our flat. I recently bought new wardrobes and straight away when thinking about who could put them together Flatpack Wizards came to mind. They are a very friendly, professional company who know what they are doing. They always respond to any enquiry very quickly. Very good value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I would say no job is too big or too small for them. Wendy who is the initial contact is very professional and friendly. We had Wendy’s husband the first time we used the company to put various furniture together but we had Jack to do the wardrobes. Initially there was a problem with space to begin the job but Jacks quick thinking soon solved the problem. The wardrobes look super. When I enquired of Jack if we decided to move could they disassemble and put back together I was delighted to find they do all that kind of thing so if you are moving house and concerned about large items get in touch with Flatpack Wizards who provide this service. Building flatpack furniture, double wardrobe, single wardrobe, 4 drawer chest, dressing table.

"A top class company from start to finish. My initial enquiry was dealt with by Wendy who was polite, professional and pleasant throughout. The quote was much less than expected and a date was arranged within a few hours of our initial contact.
Jack attended spot on time as arranged. He was courteous, polite, extremely helpful in explaining what he was about to do and simply got on with the job.
He tidied up when the job was complete and left only after making sure we were satisfied with his work. We certainly were.
There is nothing not to like about this company. Professional through and through. Highly recommended and we will go nowhere else for our DIY work in the future. Jack did, in a couple of hours, what would have taken me at least a couple of days. Save yourself the grief and contact these people. Worth every penny."

Rebuilding wardrobes after a house move. Excellent work, very professional, efficient and thorough. Fantastic value and an first class result.

"Second time of using this company and again was extremely pleased at the professionalism by the staff, from taking the enquiry to the finishing the job.
I only had to wait a couple of weeks from my initial enquiry and there was no deviation from what I expected. It makes a nice change to use a company that is dedicated to excellent customer service the help and advice I was given was sincere and appropriate.
No hesitation at all of using this company again if needed.
Special mention to the two staff members Wendy and Jack who work with old fashioned values which is very rare nowadays.

"We would 100% recommend Flatpack Wizards. Jack came and decorated a room for us (which included some horrible laborious prep work on a very hot day). He was extremely polite and friendly, and is work was of a highly professional standard. He left everything perfectly clean and tidy, and is excellent value for money.
