"I contacted Hoyle Property Clearance as I had sold my late Dads property and required a garage clearance, they contacted me timeously and the job was completed during my tight timescale. Two separate van loads were taken during a few days, they arrived at the arranged time and every single item was removed and garage swept clean. This company were a pleasure to deal with, swift, efficient, reliable and affordable, would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again"

Marie and Andy came in Moved all the heavy furniture in my house. Lifted two single beds and mattress, put them where they weren't in the way of the workmen, Took heavy boxes ect. built them in the shed, moved a bed autumn box in my room, a few days later they came back and moved moot of stuff.
 

"A lovely couple who came in and carried out all what was asked of them. Very obliging, and reliable. Also friendly, nothing was too much for them. I needed someone to do all this work for me, due to having a boiler and new heating system installed, couldn't believe how good at their job, they were. "I had a large amount of old fencing removed from my garden. They came when they said they would. Agreed a price in advance and stuck to it. "I have used Hoyle Property Clearance and Garden Service several times over the past few years, more recently in March/April this year. When I call Mariea asking her to do a job she explains fully what can be done, when it will be done, how long it will take and how much it will cost. I work really hard for my money and when I need some decorating done or help with the removal of household items, I fully trust that when Mariea turns up to do the job, I can go to work and know that when I get home, there are no hidden surprises in cost or when I was expecting. I can honestly say that in the decades of having a home I have never found any trades person more reliable, honest and hard working. Mariea is adaptable, clever and capable. I trust Mariea fully in my home, she respects my home, is courteous to my neighbours and adapts and works around that I have pets. Honestly nothing is too much trouble, I have never been let down and I am always delighted with the quality of the work that Mariea does. Collection of items from my home in Dalbeattie delivering to Stanraer. Collection of bulky waste items from my house in Stranraer and disposal of this.

"I got a prompt reply to my enquiry for the work I wanted completed. I was provided with the costs and this was completed in writing. I was happy with the price agreed. The service was excellent they turned up on the day as expected and on time. The collection of items was done smoothy with care being taken to my belongings
The items were delivered to Stranraer on time and in perfect condition the waste items were then removed quickly. The bill arrived and there was no issues making payment. Overall this was an excellent service and I would use this company again. They are trustworthy and prompt explaining everything at all points of our contact."

"I have used this service for garden and household clearance on numerous occasions and will continue to do so. They are very efficient, friendly and punctual and will go overboard to help where they can. I find that they also try and accommodate with times etc I have a hotel which can be really difficult to arrange and they keep in regular contact of when they will arrive to carry out the work.
Several members of my family now use this service and my friends and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
