"Please AVOID and don't get fooled by this company.
This company has supplied us with the quote and agreed to perform the job under the governmental Green Scheme but, as soon as the voucher was approved and assigned to "EWIS UK ltd", we started to encounter communication issues. We couldn't reach out to anyone from the company for up to a couple of months sometimes but then finally got lucky - the EWIS UK ltd representative Dan has asked me to extend the validity of the voucher and assured us that it will be enough for them to finish the job. As soon as the voucher's validity was extended they just disappeared again - no response to our emails, phone calls, just full ignorance! At last, after yet more months of constant chasing, they emailed us back to choose the colour of exterior walls and disappeared again. Then after another month of chasing they have confirmed that they are trying to allocate a slot for our job but just 2 weeks before our extended voucher expiry date, I have received an email from Paul Jones informing me that EWIS UK Ltd has decided not to perform the job after all.
Due to such a poor performance of EWIS UK ltd, we have lost our opportunity to participate in the GHGS scheme and insulate our house as it was not possible to find anyone else, and the scheme has closed already.
This company is just "cowboys" that absolutely don't care about the customers and can let you down so easily at any moment. Please DO NOT waste your time, nerves, and money with these guys.

"From the first contact and initial survey we were impressed by the team at Ewis UK Ltd, they answered all our questions and clearly explained the process and costs with no pressure or hard sell. We chose them to carry out the work as we were very confident with them from the start and were impressed throughout - the team worked very hard and explained things and consulted with us throughout the fitting and all went smoothly. We were very impressed with the whole team who were always courteous and very professional. The site was always kept tidy, in fact spotless and all rubbish was taken away which was fantastic. All communication was answered really promptly and everything was handled for us throughout with nothing for us to organise. We would recommend Ewis Ltd to anyone who is thinking of having work done as they are an extremely professional and friendly company - our house is now well insulated and looks fantastic, so pleased! Thank you Paul and team for your kindness."

"Ewis (uk) Ltd the company who did the external wall insulation explained every stage of the job.I had to have my gas pipe moved and the Gas Safe team showed me what they had to do.I also had to have my outside light rewired to fit on the insulation again the electrican explained what he would be doing.So all of the workmen that were involved in the work were very professional.They left the area they were working on clean and tidy.Would recommend the Company to anyone."
