Additional ceiling insulation to church and church buildings

"Szot construction installed additional ceiling insulation for several of our church buildings and also installed walkways for the roofspaces.
Tendering process including prior inspection was professional and on time. Work was carried out to a high standard exactly on schedule. Communication in person and by phone/email throughout was excellent."

The original sand and cement rendering on the front elevation of our house has cracked up and mildews started to grow in the cracks. Robert and his team re-rendered the wall by applying a base coat, fibreglass mesh, primer and the EWI Premium Bio top coat.

"Robert was recommended to us by the EWI as their approved installer in our area and he promptly visited us. He surveyed the wall and explained how he would deal with re-rendering. He emailed us a quotation listing various options involving different materials that could be used and relevant EWI weblink providing product description and data sheets, and price for each option.

We accepted the quotation for one of the options. We were very impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and skill with which Robert and his men carried out the work. Their work ethics was commendable and the attention to detail was meticulous and thorough. Robert is a very kind and soft spoken gentleman and he had the patience to listen to our questions and give answers / explain the work in detail.

We will strongly recommend Robert and his team."

Render of the rear of the property using EWI Pro silicone render system.

"Robert has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was thorough in initial correspondence and options for us to consider and responded to any queries and changes quickly and without fuss. He was available promptly to start the work and the contractors he used were friendly and efficient. Robert was excellent at communication, and made the work as painless as possible with minimal disruption. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure any imperfections were rectified.
The provision of the insurance backed guarantee was also a big plus point from our point of view.
Robert and his brother have been great, always had a smile and easy going nature. The quality of the work looks excellent so far.

External wall insulation of a 3 bedroomed semi-detached house, using Rockwool with silicone render. Replacement of facia board and guttering. Replacement of bargeboards and gable wall trims Building of a brick slips arch over front doorway.

External wall insulation (EWI) on the solid brick walls (no cavity) at the rear of my house.

"Robert’s initial visit to look at the proposed job was useful and informative.
Once engaged, he and Gregor and their men from Szot Construction did a great EWI job for us. They listened to my requirements, checked my calculations and as the job progressed, came up with useful suggestions based on their experience.
Their attention to detail was noticeable and they did a good clean-up job.

I can highly recommend them and the 100 mm of Rockwool has made a measurable difference to my energy consumption.

The work completed was to apply exterior wall insulation to a majority of my house.

"The work was conducted quickly and to a high standard. The work encompassed a number of difficult mouldings and edgings but was completed exceptionally well and we are very pleased with the finished work. The workmen were agreeable helpful and left the site clean and tidy."
