Replacement of Keys for a Domestic Postbox that had been lost and then following that replacement of the lock in the Postbox and production of Keys

"I was treated with respect and given fantastic service from the first moment I knocked on the door of the shop as they were locking up. I was given clear and concise instructions as to what do next and how they could help me. Throughout every interaction, including the voicemail I received stating my keys had arrived early I was treated with politeness and clarity as to what my next steps would be in lots of circumstances. I entered the shop concerned about the security and safety of my personal mail and left feeling I had received a fantastic customer experience on all levels and would recommend them to anybody looking for an honest, experienced locksmith/security service with integrity. "Courtesy and pleasantness from Denise sold this business to me and an appointment agreed and sandy iphered he was on his way, arrived on time and got to work on the problems. The fault was traced and a particular part had to be ordered. This was put in place on a second punctual appointment.

Replacement of lock on my front pvc door.

"I firstly phoned to ask about call out charges and I spoke to a lovely lady called Denise who explained no call out charges and the cost of the job would be explained before any work took place. As my door still did lock (with difficulty) I was able to select a day and time that suited me. Sandy arrived a little late but he had phoned me earlier to let me know that. He explained what was wrong with the lock and told me how much the job would cost and woulld l like him to fix it for me. There was no mess left and Sandy was very polite and lovely to talk to. He then asked how many keys l would require which would not be an extra cost. Great job done and very professional. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend to friends and family.

"Sandy was able to visit the same day to assess what needed to be done and then came round the following day to fit it. He is a really friendly, professional guy who knows his stuff and gets the job done efficiently. I thought the price paid was a fair reflection of the work carried out.

Our front door would not open. Sandy managed to open the door and found the gearbox was broken, gearbox replaced. He also advised on a faulty window.

To replace the gearbox in the back door lock which was broken and unable to be opened when they first called.

"Great service from this firm and their workman - Sandy. He called exactly when he said he would. Unfortunately he didn't have the size of gearbox we needed and this had to be ordered. It took a while longer than I had hoped for. However, again, as soon as it came in, Sandy was on the phone and out to sort it. I would certainly use them again."

Advice required re the replacing of an over thirty year old failing double glazed front door locking system.

"We were in need of a new front door lock and I turned up at TL&A on spec to arrange for them to figure out what was required and to arrange for them to attend at some point. The guy I spoke with, Sandy, was knowledgeable and friendly. He completely took me by surprise by offering to follow me back and do the job straight away. Was I happy with this? Hell yes! Was I pleased with the work carried out? Damn right I was! This was customer service at the very best. Excellent job well done, fast and efficient and with the potential of great follow-up service if needed. I would very highly recommend TL&A at any point.Thanks so much."
