Total clear of my Neff oven. It included dismantling the built in oven. Cleaning it all thoroughly, reassemble safety / working checked and handover OK to me.
 

"The operator for N Norfolk Peter Webb was excellent. Totally professional, polite and courteous. He arrived on time (actually early) and completed the job in home.
