The painting of all windows, window rails. All outside doors & canopies and all fence work. The work included preparing & under coating of all building wood work & rails. Plus clearing of all guttering and some minor fascia repairs.

Water damage ceiling & walls in Hallway & dining room. Fill, prepare, seal all stains/marks as required and apply two coats emulsion to ceiling & walls undercoat wood work and goods.
