House external paintwork to dormer extension, garden shed, boundary fence, & eaves & soffits of house + garden poles. Two coats of wood treatment to all items listed. House internal hall & stairs emulsion to walls & ceilings & white paintwork to all woodwork - doors & bannister to stairs. Again two coats of paint to all surfaces.

"Having received three quotes for the combined external & internal paintwork we chose the quote from Alba not just based on the price but also the manner in which Liam inspected the work to be done & had the quote to us in 24 hours.


Alba started the work on the Monday agreed & completed all the work in that week as discussed. The workmanship was excellent & there was no disruption during the whole week. We were also surprised that not a single spot of paint could be found around the working areas.


Would recommend Alba in a minute for a job well done.

Painting of exterior woodwork covering 3 large porch areas and all ground floor eaves of a large detached house which have tricky decorative add-ons throughout, plus staining the wooden front double door.

"I was really happy with the price quoted which seemed extremely reasonable for the large amount of work. The work was carried out to a very high standard by a friendly and professional team of two. As it was outside work, the timing was affected by the weather, but there was good communication as to change of predicted start date and when rain prevented completion, it was finished off as soon as possible. I was very pleased with the job which was excellent value for money - I will use them again for other painting jobs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others - they were recommended to me by a next door neighbour and I am happy to pass on that recommendation."

Large sitting room stripped of all paper, walls made good for decorating. Lining paper on all walls, then walls and ceiling painted twice. All woodwork primed and painted, oak door and window cill rubbed down and varnished twice.
