Called out to deal with a suspected rat problem. Several holes had been found adjacent to the house wall and patio area. Mr Notley immediately advised the removal of all bird feeders and made his first visit within a few days. He explained his findings and the possible options available, and provided a risk assessment and plan of action that same day. An infestation was also identified in the shed and this was addressed at no extra cost. Three further visits were required, with comprehensive documentation provided after each one.

"I had used Mr Notley twice before to deal with wasps nests, so I had no hesitation in calling him to deal with this problem.

He is extremely knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of his work. His documentation and communications were excellent.
I was particularly pleased with the way he left the area after collapsing and sealing off the network of tunnels.

Highly recommended."

We called Mick to help us catch a mole which we had tried to trap for about a month!

"Mick is very professional. Arrives for appointments as agreed. Reliable and extremely efficient.
Mick analysed our garden, asked a few questions. Setup 7 traps and agreed to return in 2 days.
On returning, we checked the traps together one by one and bingo!! the last trap revealed the trapped mole.
Mick uses a quick kill method which ensures minimal suffering ... after trying many natural deterrents and if you want to rid yourself of this very illusive rodent ... Mick does the job excellently .. and with a great sense of humour. Thanks Mick!!
