Inspection of swarming warps (or what I thought were bees!) as well as looking for wasp nest in attic (as there were a lot of dead wasps there)

"Paul was very knowledgeable on his area and took time to explain what he was doing and the behaviour of the wasps/bees.
Decision was made to leave bees as they would soon move on, and although no wasps nest was found in attic he advised he would come out again if we started having problem. He really put my mind at ease."
