To destroy wasp nest in loft space.
 

"Problem identified quickly but did not have adequate tools and wished to charge for further attendance to resolve problem – failed that to turn up to complete job. Problem subsequently resolved for less than ½ cost quoted by Hamlyn & in one trip. Requested cash (ideally upfront which he did not get), would not recommend to anyone."
