"Arrived promptly everyday, consulted with me regarding any issues that arose and what solutions were available. Fitted the kitchen units, plumbed in the sink and provided a gas fitter to install a new hob.

Lee always left the day ensuring the kitchen was tidy as possible.

Partial refitting of two bathrooms including leak investigation in one and repairing a plasterboard wall in another room.

"From the initial engagement to completion of the work I have found dealing with Lee a pleasure.

Part of my improvement works related to leak investigation meaning that the extent of work actually required could not be foreseen and what I found particularly helpful was that this was fully explained at all stages meaning I was aware costs could escalate. The decision I could then make was an informed one based on all possible scenarios so no unexpected surprises.

Lee was courteous, knowledgeable, fully equipped with appropriate tools and materials, always on time with a diary entry being sent for the agreed dates and the quality of work excellent.

I have no hesitation in recommending Lee and indeed already have to various friends.

Complete bathroom and toilet renovation

"We picked Lee and his team at Bunting Ltd after searching and reading others reviews, we are so glad we did and couldn't be more thrilled with their reliability, friendliness and the excellent quality of their work.
From the first contact Lee always replied promptly to any emails/calls and quickly supplied us with a very competitive quote. He helped advise on products and even supplied us with links to companies which helped so much when choosing from such a vast array of options.
A suitable date was given for the start of the work and kept too..(reliability is so difficult to find these days.)
Lee swiftly found solutions to any hiccups along the way and the work was completed well within the quoted time.
The team were clean and tidy whilst working and kept distiption and mess to a minimum, laying dust sheets through walk ways and clearing away every evening.
It was very important to us that Mum (79years old) felt comfortable with the people she had in her home, Lee,Cameron and Kenny certainly did that, they were warm, friendly, patient, very respectful and went above and beyond (even doing extra little jobs for Mum to help her out.)
The completed work is fabulous and finished to such high standard.
I cant recommend Bunting Ltd highly enough, and will definately be using them again.
Thank you Lee, Cameron and Kenny for all your hard work, you truly are superstars and we wish you all the very best for the future.

"Lee and his team were very efficient from start to finish. They turned up when expected and left everything very tidy. They were all 100% trustworthy and done the job to a high standard. Bunting Ltd replaced some old fluorescent light strips with new, modern LED lights in the kitchen and garage. They also replaced an old radiator and old light and power fittings as well as installing some new power fittings around the downstairs living area. They also replaced old vinyl floors with new flooring in the Dining room, downstairs hallway and entrance vestibule. This last task involved rectifying some damage to the floors caused by previous faulty workmanship - deep joy.

"In our experience Bunting ltd provide an excellent standard of work for a reasonable price delivered with an exceptional level of customer care and service. This is the second time we have used Lee and his team and once again they were always punctual and respected both of us and our property which meant that the often stressful and disruptive period of building work was as painless as possible. They really do go out of their way to keep disruption to a minimum and keep your property as clean and tidy as general building work allows! What is particularly impressive is that when 'an issue' is discovered, as often seems to be the case with building work, the matter is dealt with in a totally professional and inclusive manner. As the customer, you feel that Lee is trying to help you find an appropriate solution that is best for you and within your means. Finally, they do not simply finish the job and rush out of the door; they back their work and if you are not happy with anything they do return promptly to discuss any issues arising and carry out any remedial work that is required. That is not to suggest that their work is below par but to acknowledge that small issues often only come to light after the original work is complete. It is their overall level of customer support and confidence in their work that elevates Bunting Ltd from decent to exceptional in our book and that is why we have left this review - to help other customers in their own search to find a good company that they can trust."

Full renovation and refurbishment of bathroom and cloakroom. Price below inclusive of full set of new fittings in both rooms, wall to ceiling tiling, flooring.

"Lee responded promptly to my initial request for quotes etc and turned up for the initial meeting when he said he would. After finding out what we were looking for, Lee then gave invaluable advice as to what could and couldn't be done and alternative solutions to try and help us get the best out of both the bathroom and cloakroom. At the same time, we were advised of potential start dates so that we could begin our own planning.

A further meeting allowed Lee to firm up on measurements etc and provide full detailed quotes.

Lee went out of his way to help us choose all the fittings etc, making suggestions along the way and providing us with links to make the whole process do much easier for us.

Work started as scheduled and was completed within the timescales given by Lee at the outset. It was a prompt start every day at an acceptable time. Various issues were discovered during the renovation and installation but these were not a problem for Lee, who found a solution to each problem with no fuss. At the end of each day's work, the team - who were all friendly and trustworthy - cleaned up as best they could to minimise disruption.

We are so pleased with the end product and our newly refurbished bathroom and cloakroom, we can't thank Lee and his team enough for what turned out to be a quality finish.

We won't hesitate in approaching Lee for any future projects we may have, while also gladly recommending him to anyone else."

We needed the Bungalows bathroom refitted ASAP to allow my old mother to come live with us.

"Mr Bunting & Son worked like stalwarts to get the 50+ year old fixtures out and replaced with modern ones suitable for a semi disabled old lady and ourselves.

Often going above and beyond what we expected coming in after other jobs or at the weekend I was humbled by his dedication to the task and allowing the chance mother could get back with us after he stay in a nursing home.

Cannot thank or recommend them highly enough!"

"We can't thank Lee and Cam enough for the work they completed on our ensuite. From the start, Lee was so helpful in listening to our ideas and finding products and was more than happy to answer any questions we had.
There were a few horrors discovered along the way when things started to get removed but Lee explained everything to us and kept positive along the way. Lee and Cam are so organised, friendly, hardworking, professional and a pleasure to have in your home. Everything is completed to such a high standard. "Lee did a fantastic job removing the wall. Previous owner had done some odd electric work behind and plastered it all that Lee handled and tidied up after making sure everything was working afterwards.

"This is the third significant piece of maintenance work we have contracted to Lee and his team, which says it all really. We trust Lee and his team and know they will always do a professional job with no issues or surprises.
Lee is a pleasure to deal with, always positive and friendly, and communication from quote through to completion is always clear and eager to ensure we are happy with the results.
We have also found the price to be really great value, although by this point we rarely seek other quotes.
For this work we were particularly impressed with how clean and tidy the house was once they had finished. We returned from holiday expecting much more disruption, but the house was very tidy meaning we could crack on with decorating immediately.
We've lots more work planned for our home and we fully intend to hire Lee to do it."

"This is the second time Bunting Ltd have completed works on our house. Lee is punctual, reliable, efficient, trustworthy and sociable with the family and the pets! The work was completed in the expected time frame to a high standard of finish. With our grade 2 listed property there were added problems and challenges and they were all dealt with and rectified. Any small extra costs due to these unknown issues were described to us in detail during the renovations. We are so pleased with our new en-suite and bathroom. "I was looking on Referenceline for someone to do a bathroom refurbishment and came across Bunting Ltd and looked at all the great reviews he has received.

I asked Lee if he was interested in pricing for my bathroom refurbishment and he quickly provided me with a written price.

The work was carried out from start to finish within five days. I am very pleased with the workmanship and am hoping for a price from Lee to fit me a new kitchen.

I can only say great work and we are really pleased its come out just as Madame wanted so I'm a happy man !

Removed old andinstalled new toilet, bath, sink in nmain bathroom and tiled. Also removed and replaced ensuite toilet.

"Lee was fab from the start. He answered my many questions on quotation (even when I got myself in a muddle!). He explained everything and gave us recommendations. We are really pleased with the transformation of our new bathroom, it is fitted so well and Lee explained everything along the way and even any obstacles he got round them to a high standard. Kenny done a brilliant job on our tiling too and completely followed what we asked for. We are very grateful for our lovely new bathroom.

Lee and Kenny were respectful in our home and clearly work so well together and are so easy to chat too.

Old oven removed and disconnected from the mains and new one wired, put into existing place.

"I'm extremely grateful for the work that has been done. I've known Lee for a few years now and he always helps out even last minute. Once I found the right oven, I emailed Lee and he offered to come by next morning to disconnect the old one and connect the new one. As I bought a double oven some adjustments had to made for the oven to fit in the existing place. There was no problem with that, he had all the tools to make it happen. He is always professional, friendly and reliable.
I would definitely recommend his services. I can bake again hehe.

Supply and fit hot and cold water pump to increase water pressure across the system. Replace all light switches across the home. Replace all light fittings across the home, including relocation of one in the lounge and fitting of two LED ceiling lights in the hall way.
