About Us

A small, family run company, at NEWAYS we are able to carry a project from concept to completion, and beyond with a strong focus on high end finishes.

Simon Tingley carries a wealth of experience as a Multi-skilled Tradesman and Master Tiler with 40 years experience in the industry.

With a background predominantly LONDON and EAST SUSSEX based, Simon has completed projects for A-List Celebrities (including but not limited to Sir. Elton John, Sir. Paul McCartney, Heather Mills, Sir. David Lean, Lady Heinz, and Dave Gilmore among others).

Further to that, Simon and his team carry a strong track record in designing & carrying out commercial refurbishments for Boutique Hotels and Establishments such as (but not limited to) The Savoy (London), Roux Brothers Restaurants, East Sussex National, and Park Farm Hotel Hethersett.

Currently the Neways team is installing a slab pathway to the side of our drive and house for wheelchair access. We have previously used the company to install a complete new roof (2022), carry out internal decorating for our hallway & lounge which included wallpapering and painting (2021). Prior to that they installed engineered timber flooring throughout our lounge and hallway (2019), and we have also contracted them to source other trades to carry out plumbing and electrical repairs, gardening, and relay the carpet in our bedroom.
