A few difficult large garden pieces.
Moved 40 miles.

The team were efficient, polite and driven.

Access was challenging at both sites and lot of stuff to move.
 

"Mostly everything went well and I was pleased with the moving process. Unpacking was tough. I couldn't read what had been written on some boxes. Some stuff got left behind not much. The library was very disappointing. 200 carefully ordered books just dumped into boxes randomly it appeared. Very poor, why didn't they ask how to pack books? library was a real downer. "

A house move to a new property 60 miles away. There was a large inventory which was challenging for a 2 man crew, delivery to the new address could not be completed at the time scale given one to this. However, it was completed professionally and without incurring extra cost.

Every care was taken of our belongings.

Short distance move but with large load - including books etc.
 

"The 'lead' man fell in his van and needed a hospital visit during loading. Our move then became increasingly chaotic - most of the team did their best but no excuse for off loading many boxes in the wrong rooms (including a box clearly marked 'food' put with books) * the young men putting wardrobes together took ages, used oversized screws and damaged the wardrobe.

"Very pleasant removal team. Took great care with our belongings taking care to wrap and safeguard with good materials. We are very happy with our move and the team took away any undue stress we could have been faced with.
