Date confirmed on exchange of contracts (one week before move).
One large item added after quote without affecting price (because it fitted on van).
Two-day move: Day 1 load van, Day 2 deliver to new address
Crew short due to sickness, and keys to new property only available at 16:15, but unloading finished same day.
