"This move was very stressful more than I can list has been lost or broken adding up to what I think is more than I paid for the move in the first place.
Boxes were stacked too high meaning things were broken under the weight. Boxes which were labelled were put in the wrong rooms and bits of broken furniture were hidden behind boxes. I asked for some things not to be packed as they had medication in which were needed, but these were packed anyway. We were left without anywhere comfortable to sleep and I feel we were talked to cruelly and with great sarcasm."
