Move from a three bed house to a bungalow. The team worked hard, however too few men and too small van. The team were fantastic but the person who gave the quote failed to do this accurately.

"Harry, Stephen, Alfie: Arrived at 8:30 worked nonstop and departed for bungalow at 15:30. It was dark on arrival and they didn't leave until 19:00.

They had no room on the vehicle for all belongings and staff had to be left behind and collected by myself. The time taken could have been improved if there was a bigger team. Gavin arrived at bungalow to help unload.

A vase was broken on packing and no advice given. I have been unable to claim as a result"
