Harry: extremely helpful on both removal days Also when dropping off the boxes before the move took time to explain how to approach the packing. He was professional and personable. He made the move a lot smoother.

Ben, Steve and Tony: all hard working professional and personable.

Dawson: lovely boy, however lacked maturity and needed motivating not just by the team but by the customer. Was clumsy at times to the point that we were concerned about what he was moving. Also not good at taking direction on where to put things by the customer.

General office: Didn't receive the cardboard wardrobe boxes as requested. The instruction to collect first from the storage unit was not translated to the team. There were insufficient floor coverings for the move despite this being a clear request. The floor coverings were the same covers used for the furniture and floor coverings were dirty.

Despite the above, would use again"

The care shown to me and my husband on moving day was outstanding. They are polite and courteous at all times.

We had a hold up with the seller not actually vacating the property till after 5:00 PM although completion was at 12 noon.

We can't recommend Jenkins removals enough This is the third move in 33 years. Excellent!
