Relocating from Glasgow to London with little furniture but a huge amount of books. Both properties are 2nd floor flats with no lifts.
 

"The company sent four people to remove the contents I needed sent down to London. Then were able to complete loading in an hour and a half.
The men were courteous and fast-working.
On arrival to London, I was informed promptly. The following day was scheduled for the download of the contents. This also ran smoothly and quickly.

"Ritchie and Andy were polite and helpful throughout.

Move from 4-bedroom house to 3-bedroom house with large gatement 8 miles away. Included parking over two days; done much faster than expected. New house on main road in Glasgow with access to the basement through the house and down concrete steps.
 

"Richard and his team were very professoinal and efficient, packing most of the house in the morning of the day 1 and completing the packing on day 2, then unpacking around 4pm of day 2 at the new address!

On packing day - team arrived prompt and worked extremely hard and efficiently to pack entire flat. On move day - all items were moved efficiently and safely. 5 bed house - so much stuff.
 

"Richie and his team were out early and soon realized the volume of goods would be too much to fit the trick. He phoned based and an additional small truck and 3 men came out. At no additional cost. We were packed up in 3 hours then the guys had a 5 hour wait whilst I waited on keys. Never moaned once even though it was a 7pm finish and always had a smile on their face. "

A very pleasant and stress free move. Infact it was 2 moves. One to move part house contents to a new house, remainder into storage and the second move return all storage furniture some 15 months later. The removal team were very efficient, very quick,very pleasant and easy to have around the house. Very careful and very tidy around the house.Plenty of floor coverings on carpets to avoid marks etc.. We were a local move so it was very much a one day operation. The return of furniture 15 months later from storage was just as easy. All furniture in prime condition. No damage. The removal team were careful bringing everything into the newly painted and decorated house. The storage system worked very well and the management of the costs was very easy.The office could not have been more helpful. One very satisfied customer.

"This Company knows it's business.
We liked there professional approach from the start.
As a local company and we were putting a lot of furniture into storage for sometime ( 15 months) we wanted someone close at hand.
They reassured us that storage was a large part of there business and they outlined how the furniture would be prepared for storage.We had a lot of paintings. Anyway, the proof is in the pudding!! All furniture returned undamaged and in perfect condition.
The removal team was very efficient,very friendly, very clean and tidy and extremely professional. It was a pleasure to have them around the house.
The packing, the moving and the return of the furniture was stress free.

The move was a downsizing. The biggest challenges were - very heavy bedroom furniture and beds; stuff from garden shed had to be brought through the Garse as no access rear to front externally; at new address very narrow staircase to upstairs.
 

"The guys who moved us were excellent. Explained everything in advance. Worked very hard and at a cracking pace. Constantly checked with us as they worked.
Moving in - constantly asked us where things went. Put loads together quickly and well.
Their attitude could not be faulted Richard was an excellent team leader and had a good customer focus.
My wife and I were delighted your team could not be faulted!

This was a very stressful move due to the last minute missives being signed and extensive delays. The removal team were excellent throughout. They were calm, optimistic and made it clear that nothing was problem. 100% professional and a pleasure to have around.
