"Staff were all very polite, nothing was too much trouble. Any problems were resolved quickly and with our agreement. Office staff all brilliant at Clark & Rose. We also visited GB liners 2 weeks before the move to collect further book boxes and more tape (we have a lot of books)
While our 3 outdoor maple trees were outside the warehouse in leads, the staff very kindly watered them as there was a very dry spell of weather.
We did understand that the plants being outside meant GB liners not responsible."

"Brandon remembered who we are as he was in the team who originally moved us to Yorkshire in September 2023. We didnt settle so decided to move back to Bedfordshire. I though the person he was with was called Tyler (not Terry) but both were very polite and mindful of our furniture and other possessions. When they had unloaded everything, Brandon did ask if we needed any help to move any items into different places, before they left. Very thoughtful.
The office staff at Clark and Rose are exceptionally efficient, courteous and very helpful.
Particular thanks to Chris Kedge who seems to take all problems in his smile.
