We had a total packing, removal, storage and delivery service for a very large 4 bedroom detached house. This included gym equipment with a very heavy treadmill, and a very large kitchen which took nearly a day to pack.

"Cliffes were recommended to us by my brother who has used them on several occasions. Our initial meeting with Jayne was very professional and informative. She outlined the whole process very clearly. At the time we were unsure of dates but Jayne and the team were very accommodating and flexible. We were very concerned about the logistics for packing as we were going into storage but she reassured us that everything was easily workable. The packing and removals was done over 2 days at short notice. The team arrived on time were very professional, hardworking and respectful of our property and belongings and it was all completed in a timely manner. Everything was in storage for approximately 3 months. The delivery was scheduled over a 2 day period with the first load containing everything necessary to allow us to move in on that day. Everything was well packed and boxes clearly labelled. All necessary items were placed in the relevant locations and assembly was done for items such as beds and wardrobes. Non essential household items were placed in a spare room. The delivery team included a couple of people who were involved in the packing process which gave continuity. Afterwards there were a couple of minor issues and after speaking to Jayne she had this rectified immediately without any hesitation."

Complete removal of possessions from 3 bedroomed house to small 2 bedroomed bungalow. There were several heavy garden items including 2 stone troughs. Staff were not phased by the high number of pictures and paintings.

"Great service!
I was very impressed with the two men who packed most of my home the day before moving. Very thorough and careful. They asked questions about items when unsure. I didn’t have to do anything other than supply cups of tea and coffee.
Moving day - it rained heavily all day! Despite the terrible weather the staff were professional and in good humour. The lorry was brought as close as possible to the front door in order to keep items and people dry. They packed in good time. At the new property extra staff came to help with unloading. It was still raining heavily but it didn’t deter their efficiency. Staff did their best to put everything where I asked.
All in all an excellent service."

We downsized from a fairly large family home to a smaller property locally. The removal guys were very professional and took great care of our contents. Every item was very carefully wrapped - they came to pack up the goods the day before and we had a week to unwrap everything meaning we had the time to put each box''s contents away. There was no damage at all. Very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

"From the first time we met the representative from Cliffe's to the actual moving day we had confidence in them. We had cause to contact them a few times before the move and they never made us feel a nuisance, even when we had to change our plans (twice) to take or leave a large piece of furniture. Downsizing isn't easy! They were happy to answer our questions and fully explained what we could expect from them. They made what is always a stressful experience as easy as it could be. We're really pleased we chose to go with them - this may sound like a 'planted post' but it's a genuine review from a genuine happy customer."

"Cliffe’s Removals were great from start to finish. Was quoted quickly and fairly. Before removals a courtesy call was given to go through procedure on the day. On the day a call was given to confirm ETA. The removals men were prompt, polite, friendly and moved my stuff with care and ease. "Right from the very start Cliffe's were fantastic. Their estimator came to my home and went through step by step the service they provide. Then walked room by room recording what would be required to be moved. The quotation was received the next day along with the contract. I booked a date and paid the deposit and confirmed when the final payment was to be made. Communication was clear, professional and prompt.

The day before moving Cliffe's called to confirm the move was still taking place.

The team of three men turned up 8am on moving day and got to work. They were absolutely brilliant. True professionals. There was a long wait to get the keys at the other property, but the team took everything in their stride.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cliffe's Removals. They were head and shoulders above another company I asked to quote."

My move from A to B approx 4 miles went very smoothly thanks to the efficiency and professional removal team. From start to finish it was a stress free experience thanks to them.

"I had part packing which was excellent and worth every penny.
My furniture went into storage for 4 months and was delivered to my new address with the same care as when it was taken.
A big thank you to Dwayne,Ethan and team for all their hard work, they were so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
Also a massive thank you to Jane, who came to my rescue when I was let down at the last minute by another company.
Thank you also to Maureen who was always friendly and ready to help.

Because we had a very long garden with a garage at the back it was deemed necessary to have two vehicles, one at the front of the house and one at the back due to the amount of boxes and things to load from the garage.

Excellent move despite some problems that came to light after loading and setting off.

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and understood what was required. The loading was completed around 1130 from a 0800 start. Over 100 boxes and large amount of garage equipment as well. Furniture moved with care. All this with no tea breaks as I had packed the kettle. On arrival at the destination the drivers found that the keys could not be released until some legal work was completed. Despite all this the unloading was completed after the legal work was sorted out. Altogether an excellent company from my first visit to the removal date which was just a few days."
