Due to last-minute difficulties getting access to the property we were moving to, we had to change plans with very short notice and have our possessions stored fir 6 months instead of moving them to our new property.

"Cliffs Removals were fantastic throughout the process, supporting us with the changes (and frequent changes to move dates that followed!).
When our possessions were finally moved after 6 months, I expected everything to be dusty or smell damp, being in storage for so long. However everything was in perfect condition!
The move was smooth, arrival time prompt and the team of 3 loading men did a stellar job in re ord time!
Very satisfied."

House move from a 5 bedroom house to storage, in storage for 4 months and then out of storage to a 2 bedroom bungalow

"Before booking we viewed the premises and was very impressed with the storage facility.

Due to issues with our house sale we couldn't confirm the exact moving date and could only give the Removal Company a few days notice.
The staff were so very understanding and helpful during this stressful time and were able to accommodate our move in a 'stress free' professional manner, ensuring the process ran smoothly.

On the moving day the team were very respectful, courteous and polite and took great care in moving our furniture and belongings.

Whilst the furniture was in store the admin on payments was efficient, with the invoices being regularly sent.

When the furniture came out of storage the staff were helpful and efficient in booking the dates and confirming timings. On the day the team once again worked in a professional 'stress free' manner and were very good in off loading our furniture and placing in the right areas."

Relation from Northamptonshire to Pembrokeshire south west Wales.

"From the start everything about the move was challenging. We moved out in the tail of one storm and moved in the next day in the eye of another. Dwayne Charlie and Ethan were absolute heroes. The load was hard work as the lorry was 50m from the property and up steps. We had a lot of stuff and the process took a long time. They worked all day with the concept of a long drive ahead before their day would finish.

The next day they were faced with 50 mile an hour winds and driving rain, unloading for 5 hours wet through always cheerful but helped along with bacon sandwiches and hot drinks.

Absolutely zero damage and a pleasure to work with we could not recommend them and the company highly enough absolute legends."

We used Cliffes to move us from near Peterborough in one lorry involving 1.5 days part packing and part loading and one day to move and unload

"Everything went very well and as planned slight issues with staff availability but covered my company owners seamlessly. Nothing was damaged or broken and being able to pack the one big lorry saved on cost with ourselves taking some items. Staff worked hard were friendly polite and took care to unload and place in correct rooms"

After a long wait the move happened quite quickly, luckily they were available for the right day. It was the first time we have used a removal company,the whole experience is quite traumatic, but the removal men took the pressure off us and did a great job

House Move.

"Ash and Leon arrived to help us move, they arrived on time and took time to walk around the property and work out which room's to prioritise for the space on the vans.

They were both hard working and took very good care as they moved the items from each room on to the vans.

Having collected the keys by 14:00hrs they again were very quick in getting the items off the van and laid down carpet protectors to stop any dirt from being trampled on to the carpets.

Both Ash and Leon were excellent for the service they provided and a credit to Cliffes Removals.

I would recommend Cliffes Removals to anyone that is looking for a company that makes the whole stressful process of moving house a pleasurable experience."

"Fantastic experience from the initial survey by Jayne, all the way through to the unloading at our new home.
The removal team lead by Dwayne were really polite and helpful and packed up the fragile and kitchen items with care which meant no breakages.
Both the loading and unloading teams were efficient and resourceful in ensuring that everything was put in the rooms required.
