A delay on the M25, but we were kept fully informed.

"The two men were both friendly polite helpful and efficient.

One item could not be moved into the house because of the staircase, so they helpfully placed it in the garage.

The move was complicated by needing to move some to store and some direct.

There were a lot of pictures on the walls which all needed wrapping. There were a large number of books. Another challenge was a wardrobe which was in a delicate state.

"They appeared to be light-staffed but extras were brought in on the first day to cope with the quantity.

The wardrobe was successfully installed in its new place. The whole process was managed well by Simon."

The team dispatched had to manually descend the stairs as there was no lift.

Brighton to Cornwall. 3 lorries and small van at other end to decant some contents into, to enable to take back of house down a small lane.

"Friendly, helpful removal men. Worked incredibly hard, took short breaks when needed. Put contents in relevant places including outbuildings. A loss of money but can see why as took 4 days total."

5 Bed house to 4/5 Bed house over 130 miles away. We had a lot of stuff!

They did most of the packing.
