"Dave and Louie arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. on the day 1 of the move and worked throughout the day to load furniture, numerous boxes, workshop equipment, and garden items, including 3 very heavy staddle stones. They were joined on Day 2 by Brian, who cheerfully and efficiently helped to complete the loading in several hours. There was a delay of several hours before we were able to access the new property, they remained cheerful and committed to unloading all our furniture and possessions, completing the whole process by approximately 6:00 p.m. on Day 2 – at times during heavy showers of rain."

"A mixed experience! day 1 only 2 instead of promised 3 or 4 men arrived. 1 stank of cigarettes and looked rather dishevelled. Day 2,3, better staff and v.polite. Result was v mixed packing - some ordinary books double wrapped but valuable dining chairs (£1675 each!) arrived with chipped paint, having been piled on top of other pieces unwrapped!. We did not claim as that process would have been lengthy and we feel insurers would baulk at cost of repair. 3 of the 6 chairs have to be sent to factory in Stockholm for re-painting."
