The challenge was for the _____ team who were unable to reach the new house in the large HGV. They coped very well and were very positive and cheerful about the circumstances, going out of their way to be helpful.
 

"A very professional service. Firstly, meeting Liam, from Cirencester, who was extremely competent in assessing the volume of materials. He and Mandy & Fir were always available throughout the process. The cost was higher than anticipated but well worth it for the ease of the experience for us! From Cheltenham. A straight forward move from 1 address to another in the same village. Not without it's challenge as lots of stairs to negotiate!
 

"A mixed experience! day 1 only 2 instead of promised 3 or 4 men arrived. 1 stank of cigarettes and looked rather dishevelled. Day 2,3, better staff and v.polite. Result was v mixed packing - some ordinary books double wrapped but valuable dining chairs (£1675 each!) arrived with chipped paint, having been piled on top of other pieces unwrapped!. We did not claim as that process would have been lengthy and we feel insurers would baulk at cost of repair. 3 of the 6 chairs have to be sent to factory in Stockholm for re-painting."

Dry day but drive in steep, narrow and has two hairpin bends so big van can't get near house GB liners small van was still too big so they went and hired a smaller transit. Typical of their attitude. How do we solve this problem and just get on with it. Also split in storage day and delivery.
 

"It was GB liners idea to have 2 separate days (at no extra cost) and it was very helpful. Cost is approximate because of storage elements. "Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Those we dealt with at the Cirencester office were responsive, helpful and full of advise when needed.

It was a long journey from Wiltshire - Edinburgh with large amount of smaller items as opposed to lots of large furniture.
