Very difficult move as destination was on the 2nd floor and every item had to be carried up the stairs. The two chaps were brilliant and I can''t thank them enough.

We moved recently from a nice sized 3 bedroomed house, to a very small bungalow. It was only half a mile away but we had quite large furniture and so many boxes to try and fit in. I was worried we wouldn’t fit it all in and worried about my husbands beloved large screen TV. All my worries were put to rest- great service.

Moving our business premises about half a mile across Colchester.

This move was fairly big and took 4 days

House removal - 5 bed house to 3 bed house, difficult upstairs access.

Moving from a 4 bed detached in Colchester on 24th/25th to a 4 bed chalet bungalow in Earls Colne on 2nd/3rd November, with a week''s storage in between.

The move was from Brentwood, Essex to Kirby-le-Soken.Essex.The access road at Kirby was very tight but the driver of the van managed it without any problems. The entire move from start to finish was well organised and couldn''t have been better.

Moving contents of house into storage. Some large items involved including a grand piano, blanket chests and heavy linen press.

My husband and I moved from a 4 bedroomed house where we had lived for 43 years and brought up 3 children and many grand-children to a 2 bedroomed bungalow. The move was potentially very stressful as my husband has bone cancer and is suffering a lot of pain, treated with morphine which causes him a lot of confusion. He stayed with friends on the day of the move but was with me on the last day when much of the furniture arrived and it was fairly hectic!

House contents into storage including a mast from a sailing dinghy and spinnaker pole, spare sails and heavy duty ocean sailing gear from a yacht A small number of contents were dropped off to our new home.

Our move was seamless from start to finish. We needed to move out of our flat 1 week before we could move into our new house, so Goodmove came and packed up all of our belongings, loaded them on to their truck, stored them safely for a week at their on-site storage facility, and then brought everything to our new home on the other side of the country 1 week later.

Moved a large 4 bedroom house with a lot of plants in Wivenhoe to a 3 bed cottage in Norfolk. Over a three day period.

We moved from a 3 bedroom end terrace with no off road parking. The team packed us up one day and moved us the next, they were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Our new house was a 3 story town house and although it did have off road parking there were an awful lot of stairs!

My original house purchase fell through. I needed to find an alternative property asap. This meant my belongings had to go into Good Move’s storage for 5 months. Maghen & George were so helpful and kind. I then purchased a two bedroomed property. Lots of my boxes were marked ‘bedroom 3’.
