"Husband and self elderly. First time move ,for me,61years.
Everyone helpful from first phone call,then visit to house to as reguirements and discuss prices etc.
Men arrived promptly on removal day. Very polite helpful and professional.

The removals company arrived in force, were completely professional and worked well together to pack up my house in a safe and considered way; one of the first times in my 37 years this has happened!

"I would highly recommend this company. In my 37 years of moving houses, I have used multiple and many removals companies to get me and my family’s personal effects around the globe. Fox removals have been one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of using.

They are on time, arrive in force (not always a prerequisite!), they were smart and engaging, taking our thoughts into consideration. They worked well as a team, taking care with big ticket items when manoeuvring around the many obstacles in their way.

Their breaks were bang on time and we fed them tea/coffee which I think should be the norm.

Really good trustworthy company."

This is the second time we have used Fox & Sons Removals and as the first move went like a dream we didn''t even consider asking for other quotes for our most recent move. It was a relatively long distance (but the M25 didn''t seem to phase them!). They are professional, very helpful, and we felt the trust could allow us to relax throughout the move. We were not disappointed.

We actually had a lot more (heavy) items then we thought but the packing and carrying went exceptionally well and without complaint or comment by them.

The speed of packing was amazing and the logistic thought to the order of unpacking was arranged to perfection.

We moved from Hampshire to Cardiff with our possessions taken into storage, this was a 2 day operation.

"There were three operations staff who worked tirelessly and effectively and communicated with us to ensure we understood what was being done every step of the way.

Our removal date was very close to exchange of contracts and we had to shift it a week at the last minute which did necessitate a cancellation charge for the first planned move date. Fox removals were patient and did all they could to accommodate us during this uncertain period.

The guys travelled the 150 miles and turned up both days on time and quickly got stuck into the task in hand. They had a quick cup of tea or coffee but did not loiter."
