"I would like to say a big thank you to Schott Removals the whole process was easy and quick from start to finish. The booking process was online but followed up by phone, email and letter. Received full instructions what to do before and on the day. The guys who moved us on the day arrived the time stated, were very friendly and polite and worked amazingly hard to move us so quickly. I would definitely recommend them."

Moving from a three bedroomed semi in Stockton to a cottage in a village.

"I rang Steve Rogers who was very prompt in visiting the house to give us a quote for the move. We exchanged emails as the moving date drew near and the move was confirmed. Boxes, tape and packing paper/bubble wrap was dropped off in advance so we could commence packing. On the moving day the team of three arrived just before eight o'clock and began work straight away. All three were polite and pleasant and worked really hard. They communicated well with us, ensuring all property was dealt with carefully.
Once the van was packed they met us at the new house promptly and proceeded to unpack the van. They were good at finding solutions to small issues e.g. Getting large furniture up a small twisting staircase. They worked quickly but carefully. We were really impressed with them."

We moved to a barn conversion with difficult access down a narrow private lane and quite unusual configuration of rooms and layout.

"We had a very prompt and professional response to all of our questions; from the first enquiry through to details of the move. The price was reasonable compared to other local companies we contacted. Nothing was too much trouble and they were prepared to be flexible on using smaller vans to be able to access the property. On the day of the move the team were efficient and took care with moving items. They were also polite and friendly and made the day stress free."

Although we were only moving a short distance the 3 lads who did the move handled and protected everything as if it was going on a long distance trip. As a result there was not the slightest bit of damage to any of the goods or either property
