Move was carried out very quickly with the right amount of removers and vans. All removal staff were helpful and making sure things got done that we wanted.

"We were both genuinely happy with the service overall including before and during the move. The admin and quote staff were very responsive and prompt with all our queries.
We would def recommend, however just a note on a couple of things. A couple of things we noticed slightly damaged, but we chose ourselves not to insure for short journey across to new property. Also, one staff member quoted that we had cheap carpets laid down which we were not impressed with!"

"Overall the move was well organised, efficient and both staff from Friends did a very good job. Due to problems with my buyer delaying exchange of contracts, the staff at Friends were very accomodating us. I couldn't confirm a removal date until six days prior to the move."
