David and Emma did a fabulous preparation work, very responsive, friendly, found a removal date for us at short notice. Which was hard work.
Josh and Steve were a brilliant removal team. Went above and beyond on time, very careful with goods, very friendly.

Very fast but not very careful with boxes.
 

"Overall staff were friendly but they broke some of the decking of old house.
After going through some of the boxes a number of items have been cracked, broken smashed (Despite being in boxes marked fragile). Wife very unhappy about this. Didnt see the point in complaining as it would of mattered. "

Home removals from the Netherlands to the UK.
Move included a woodworking workshop.
UK house on three levels with bedrooms on the third level.
 

"Loading was carried out quickly and efficiently, taking roughly 6 hours, despite very warm conditions (outside temp + 30°C).
Unloading in the UK was also completed faster than originally advised (1 day instead of 2 days) several pieces of heavy furniture needed to be carried up to the second and third floors of the house, which was done without damage to any of the property.
The removals men remained cheerfull and helpfull throughout."

An Awkward weight limit on the lane we were moving from meant furniture was shuttled to the large van which was parked a mile or more away.
At the other end the narrow front door meant some items were difficult to get in and a sofa bed had to be dismantled.
 

"We felt Damien and the team were very efficient, and particularly on the first day of the move - was impressed as had worried the 'Shuttle' would mean many more trips and much time wasted - we had a very hot day so harder for the team but dry for leaving items outside waiting for the van to return. Damien had to use his ingenuity when the door of the new house was too narrow for the sofa bed and he had to completely take it apart to get it in the house. And we were running out of space too so he and Tom did well to get all items in!"

"The crew were very good caring happy men. They worked efficiently tightly packed the van. Items needing speed care were packed in Padded bags. All furniture was covered. Although the house we moved out of was a pimple layout, there were difficult levels and surfaces that the team had to work round. The house we moved into had a tricky staircase that the team were heroic in getting all the furniture we wanted up.
