Belongings removed into storage, then deliver 5 weeks later, both steps were done as some of the hottest days of the very hot summer. Delivery involved transshipment, to reqotuate long and narrow farm track.

Narrow drive (long) the team had to put furniture into smaller vehicle and then offload/load into larger vehicle in neighbours access way. 10/10 for effort.

"They were extremely nice, friendly and helpful crew; nothgin was too much trouble for them. We did not lane to do a thing. It was a best moving experience we ever had. Small disappointment that Parker Knoll footstod is dented may come cout in time; and small area of plaster knocked off on stairs. "

Move was from Zurich to Kent from 4th floor flat with lift to small Victorian cottage with 2 floors and Narrow stairs.

"Pre move support from Herefored office was great.
Moving team were professional and friendly and efficient.
We especially appreciated help with moving a heavy piece of furniture out of our destination address (pre-agreed). Two young collegeue from the brighton office helped with delivery and were extremely polite, professional and helpful. "

"It took quite a while for the boxes to be collected following unpacking.

It proved very difficult getting the letter of subrogation from my insurance company, who commented this was a very unusual practice."
