Mid Wales to Isle of Wight, everything went to plan. Marcus and Jack turned up at the time arranged. Loading of the lorry with unloading ran very smoothly, no dashing around.

As we hadn't done much packing, he was able to quote visually, as most firms these days need you to write everything down including how many boxes you have. We moved from a house we loved into a rental while we have a new home built. There were some fairly big pieces of furniture, lots of garden pots and garden furniture.

"The move took place over 4 days. I am now widowed and the team could not have been more considerate. Very careful packing and labelling. I was confident I was in safe hands from the onset. "Packing completed quickly and efficiently; staff friendly and polite. Goods held in store, the communications with the office were always prompt and informative. Delivery was at the time arranged and completed by very friendly and helpful staff-nothing was too much trouble. No breakages, however slight damage to dolls house window which was not the fault of the delivery man. It was 'bubble wrapped' and it would have helped if cardboard had been place inside or a warning notice stuck on fragile side."

Moving from 2 storey 2 bed to 3 bed 3 storey, narrow entry way with concern about getting 3 seater sofa in. Team was a man down on moving day. Relatively short notice move.
 

"Alex and Danyon were professional and worked really hard to make everything as smooth as possible. They were really careful and their communication was great. They were really efficient even without the additional person.
Jamie was professional and polite at the initial review and Emma answered all subsequent questions.

Belongings removed into storage, then deliver 5 weeks later, both steps were done as some of the hottest days of the very hot summer. Delivery involved transshipment, to negotiate long and narrow farm track.
