"Paul and co were so helpful, polite and careful with all our belongings. It was a big job and took 3 days in total. I cannot thank the chaps enough for working so hard and so efficiently during what is always a very stressful time. Every item was delivered safely, nothing was lost. Household from Essex to Hampshire, two large vans over two days

"The second time we have used C Neale’s. We used them twelve years ago for my parents and were so happy we went directly to them again for our own move. From beginning to end their service was friendly, polite and cheerful - their attitude made what could have been a very stressful two days much much easier. We did our own packing (their packing service for my parents in 2012 was excellent) and there was no quibble when we asked for extra packaging materials. Happy customers. 😊"

Moving from Hornchurch to Ramsgate

"Danny from Neales removals visited the day before the move and packed. A superb job completed professionally. The day of the move was seamless with an early arrival and packing. Furniture items were diesassembled to enable them to be put in the van and of course re-assembled. Unpacking at the other end was also superb, items weer moved into rooms as requested and furniture placed appropriately. Heavy items such as the washing machinie were moved with no complaint.
Danny and Dave were helpful professional and polite. Thank you for making a potentially stressful day, not stressful!"

Moving from a four bedroom family home to a 2 bedroom bungalow for my elderly mother. Neale''s provided boxes, tape and bags to assist the efficient and safe transit of posessions. Although the location was close the logistics are always complicated.

"We found the whole process of engaging with Paul at Neale's to be extremely positive. Paul is knowledgable and experienced in every part of the process which is obviously stressful and taxing for most.

I cannot remember the last time i dealt with a business where every aspect of the relationship was so positive. Paul and the guys were so incredibly efficient and hard-working that the stress of moving was honestly not felt by us. His team were real professionals, super fast, polite and warm and engaging. A team of friendly gents focussed on doing a good job. A lovely mix of dedication, experience, etiquette and efficiency.

All in all they made the difference to a potentially stressful day, moving out of our family home after 47 years was always going to be emotional but with Paul and his crack team it was perfection.

I couldn't recommend Neales highly enough. 10 out of 10 for me and how often do you get to say that!?"

Paul is a true gentleman came to visit for a quote and nothing was too much for him. On the day we was moving our parents (well they was) the 3 gents on time they came in and did not stop working and when I mean did not stop they had only one cuppa bless them ! I just left them too it they move went very smoothly would recommend anyone to use them and if I ever move again they are on the top of my list 😊

"3 men came on time worked the whole time they was there did not stop. All 3 men was true gents. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Paul came to give the quote and he assured me not to worry if things changes on the day not a problem he made my parents move run smoothly thank you Paul and the other 2 gents."

"When we first met with Paul for a quote he was helpful friendly and efficient.
He gave use some helpful and useful tips for the move.
His team were friendly efficient and polite as well as a calming affect for us on the day of the move that can be a stressful day made much easier with their support and team work.

I would 100% recommends their service and use them again if needed in the future.

Moved from a three bed house to another three bed house over the Easter Weekend

"What an amazing service from start to finish. Paul came over to assess what needed to be moved and gave me a quote, which I jumped at as we moved over the Easter weekend so I thought we would have to pay more for that. On the day the movers turned up right on time and got to work straight away. They were so quick and careful with our belongings and even some bits that I had failed to pack yet or hadn't packed correctly they just did for me. I would recommend C Neale to anyone and everyone and cannot sing their praises enough! Thank you for making a stressful move so much easier."

"This was the 4th time we have used Neale's, and we received the same excellent service. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional; nothing was lost, damaged, or broken. My wife, toddler and I recently moved from a two bed terraced house to a four bed semi-detached house twenty minutes away. Neales provided us with a packing and removal service.

"Neale's Removals were absolutely top-draw. I have been singing their praises ever since we moved in and I will continue to recommend them to anyone thinking of moving. From Dave's initial visit to provide a quote through to the unloading of the final box on completion day, Neales were faultless. Moving home is incredibly stressful but Neale's did absolutely everything to minimise that stress as much as possible.

When Paul came round to do the quote, he even enquired if I had a carrier for the cat to be transported in on moving day.

"I was nervous about all my belongings being moved safely but Paul put me at complete ease. The move went as smooth as it possibly could and it was due to Paul and the team of movers, they were all brilliant.
I cannot recommend this company enough, they were fantastic from beginning to end.
They were friendly, professional and respectful,the move went like a dream and I felt confident in entrusting them with my belongings, I felt in safe hands from the start to the finish of the process."

"From the initial phone call I was impressed that Paul told me he would visit and explain everything, the meeting was very helpful and informative, I was given a price for the job and agreed. He then visited again with all the boxes, bubble wrap, paper, plastic bags and packing tape. Day of the move the guys were on time, polite and very helpful. They definitely know their job and were so efficient I was extremely happy. I have told a few people that if they know anyone that is going to move I would certainly recommend C Neales. "Paul was very responsive to my initial inquiry and and helpfully answered any questions we had. The property was visited to quote within a couple of days of inquiring, and a full detailed quote provided the following day.
Paul and his team were punctual, polite and very diligent in their packing. We had zero breakages and damage, and really could not have done the move without them.

We were only moving 10minutes drive away. Paul came round to assess what would need to go and discuss the process. Boxes and packing materials were delivered before the move. We packed our own boxes and they dealt with the larger items on the day. They dismantled, protected and packed large items for us and rebuilt some in the new house. Fantastic service.
