Move from Hutton to New Market. Delicate situation as there has been bereavement

"As already mentioned this was a move during a very sad and delicate situation. I made the company aware of this and they handled the move and the process with care, consideration and professionalism.

I arranged the move for my sister and was concerned that i may not be around on the day, I was assured that she would be looked after, which she was.

Being in the situation of making arrangements when somebody has passed, isn’t easy, however C. neale have been nothing but professional which believe me is rare when going through such a process.
We will 100% be recommending them going forward.

"Would thoroughly recommend C. Neale as after 40 years in our home, Paul and his team made the whole day stress free. The whole team, Paul, Kevin and Finn went above and beyond to help us.

Paul supplied us with plenty of packing materials, and gave us lots of advice and tips for move day.

All the team worked extremely hard on the day, nothing was too much trouble. They were all professional, and would not hesitate to recommend their services as they made our move day go seamlessly.

Moving from a two bedroom ground floor flat into a one bedroom ground floor flat.

"Paul and his team at C Neale did an excellent, professional job. Paul responded promptly to my request for a quote and delivered all packing materials beforehand. Paul was very patient, answering any questions I had and giving helpful tips to make packing easier.
On the day of my move the team arrived at the agreed time and quickly and efficiently cleared my flat, taking good care of my belongings.
My new flat had recently been repainted and I was very impressed that Paul and his team moved all furniture and boxes in without leaving a mark anywhere.
Paul and his two colleagues were friendly and cheerful and made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable .
I would highly recommend this removal firm to family and friends.

Moved all contents from my house to a bungalow. Made the transaction easy. Supplied plenty of cardboard boxes and packaging.

"They were brilliant and went far and beyond. Paul has been very supportive with the advice during my long stressful 9 months trying to move. The whole team worked extremely hard and even transported all my garden heavy flower pots too.

All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending the company and if I ever move again, would want them on board!

"I found the company to be excellent from start to finish with clear communication in the process. Paul provided a site visit quickly and got back quickly with a quote that I found acceptable. The removal day processes were excellent. Vans arrived on time and the removal men did their jobs quickly and efficiently."

"Absolutely fantastic!
Packing service was efficient and all items well protected and wrapped.
Staff were respectful, professional, careful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was delivered on time, assembled correctly, as required, and in two lorry loads of goods, of a single item damaged.
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Could not recommend this company highly enough, absolutely superb!
Not a single corner cut, and all at an excellent price.

"This is the first time I have used a removal firm as prior I always hired a van and did it myself. I used to think it was an expensive and unnecessary cost and I could save some money… how wrong was I.

I honestly couldn’t recommend C Neale high enough, their service is absolutely fantastic from start to finish and the team are absolutely top class!They take the upmost respect of your property and nothing seems too much trouble and they do it with a smile on their face, they are a great team!

We used C Neale on a recommendation from a friend who had moved recently. I’m so glad we diid. They are a hard working team, who respect your belongings & property. They are friendly & will do anything to help make the move out/moving in, as easy as possible. We had 2 nutcracker ornaments, 6ft approx, not the easiest thing to move, they went above & beyond to make sure, these were kept safe, as they did with everything they moved. Unfortunately our house wasn’t ready to move into straight away & belongings went into storage. You will not go wrong using this company to move out/move in/ they are perfect- 1st class company.

"They don’t need to change a thing- how can you when your so good at what you do.
Great company, from start to finish - hard working team - will go above & beyond to help you move in/move out, always with a smile.

Moved from a 3 bed house in Romford, to a 4 bed house in Wickford. It was a simple enough move involving a few white goods, beds, a sofa bed and quite a few boxes.

"I contacted Neale's through a recommendation, Paul popped round to look over the job and gave me a quote a day or so later. Having never used a removal firm before I needed a bit of help as to when to book and what services I needed. Paul was extremely helpful, replied to all my emails with direct helpful answers and reassurance.
Once I was exchanged Paul booked me up and dropped over boxes and packing stuff that day. Plenty of stuff too!
On the day the guys were punctual, made swift careful work of the removal and were there to meet me when I had the keys. They were really nice, professional guys that seemed to really care about doing a good job. Nothing was broken or damaged even slightly, all the gear was in roughly the right room as you would hope. It was swift but not rushed.
