Move from a 4 bed house with an hours journey to a 2 bed bungalow

"When we first met with Paul for a quote he was helpful friendly and efficient.
He gave use some helpful and useful tips for the move.
His team were friendly efficient and polite as well as a calming affect for us on the day of the move that can be a stressful day made much easier with their support and team work.

I would 100% recommends their service and use them again if needed in the future.

Moved from a three bed house to another three bed house over the Easter Weekend

"What an amazing service from start to finish. Paul came over to assess what needed to be moved and gave me a quote, which I jumped at as we moved over the Easter weekend so I thought we would have to pay more for that. On the day the movers turned up right on time and got to work straight away. They were so quick and careful with our belongings and even some bits that I had failed to pack yet or hadn't packed correctly they just did for me. I would recommend C Neale to anyone and everyone and cannot sing their praises enough! Thank you for making a stressful move so much easier."

"This was the 4th time we have used Neale's, and we received the same excellent service. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional; nothing was lost, damaged, or broken. My wife, toddler and I recently moved from a two bed terraced house to a four bed semi-detached house twenty minutes away. Neales provided us with a packing and removal service.

"Neale's Removals were absolutely top-draw. I have been singing their praises ever since we moved in and I will continue to recommend them to anyone thinking of moving. From Dave's initial visit to provide a quote through to the unloading of the final box on completion day, Neales were faultless. Moving home is incredibly stressful but Neale's did absolutely everything to minimise that stress as much as possible.

When Paul came round to do the quote, he even enquired if I had a carrier for the cat to be transported in on moving day.

"I was nervous about all my belongings being moved safely but Paul put me at complete ease. The move went as smooth as it possibly could and it was due to Paul and the team of movers, they were all brilliant.
I cannot recommend this company enough, they were fantastic from beginning to end.
They were friendly, professional and respectful,the move went like a dream and I felt confident in entrusting them with my belongings, I felt in safe hands from the start to the finish of the process."

1st floor flat

"From the initial phone call I was impressed that Paul told me he would visit and explain everything, the meeting was very helpful and informative, I was given a price for the job and agreed. He then visited again with all the boxes, bubble wrap, paper, plastic bags and packing tape. Day of the move the guys were on time, polite and very helpful. They definitely know their job and were so efficient I was extremely happy. I have told a few people that if they know anyone that is going to move I would certainly recommend C Neales. They get a ten out of ten from me."

"Paul was very responsive to my initial inquiry and and helpfully answered any questions we had. The property was visited to quote within a couple of days of inquiring, and a full detailed quote provided the following day.
Paul and his team were punctual, polite and very diligent in their packing. We had zero breakages and damage, and really could not have done the move without them.

We were only moving 10minutes drive away. Paul came round to assess what would need to go and discuss the process. Boxes and packing materials were delivered before the move. We packed our own boxes and they dealt with the larger items on the day. They dismantled, protected and packed large items for us and rebuilt some in the new house. Fantastic service.

Moved from house in Havering nto storage and then on to Norfolk 9 weeks later.

"I was contacted quickly in response to my request for a quote and everything was clearly explained. The removal process into storage was very good considering how much we had accumulated over the years and the crew worked very efficiently and speedily.
Delivery into our new property was handled equally well and the friendly crew turned up punctually.
I was initially stressed out about the prospect of removals but Neale's made the experience much less of a headache."

Our move from Hornchurch Essex to Thetford Norfolk.. a new build so completion staggered and our furniture etc had to be stored for a month by the removers

"I was delighted with the service from Neales from start to finish. They attended our house in person- and promptly- to assess the job and this was followed up swiftly with a written quote.

If extra boxes or tape or paper or bubble wrap were needed, a quick call was followed by delivery of the requested items within a very short time.

Collection of our belongings was effected carefully and efficiently. They took beds and other furniture apart for us as required ( and put it back together again at the other end)

They arrived at our new house bang on time and the reverse process ( unpacking etc ) was as efficient as before.

Great bunch of guys; hardworking, helpful and cheerful.

We made the right choice!"

"Cannot thank Paul and the guys enough to be honest the move was as smooth as silk and the guys worked very very hard and I am over the moon with what I received

I would not hesitate to use them again but I think I do not want to move now due to the stress that goes with it

But as far as removals go there was not one ounce of stress at all
