"Absolutely fantastic!
Packing service was efficient and all items well protected and wrapped.
Staff were respectful, professional, careful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was delivered on time, assembled correctly, as required, and in two lorry loads of goods, of a single item damaged.
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Could not recommend this company highly enough, absolutely superb!
Not a single corner cut, and all at an excellent price.

3 bedroom terrance to 4 bed semi detached with a much larger garden.

"This is the first time I have used a removal firm as prior I always hired a van and did it myself. I used to think it was an expensive and unnecessary cost and I could save some money… how wrong was I.

I honestly couldn’t recommend C Neale high enough, their service is absolutely fantastic from start to finish and the team are absolutely top class!They take the upmost respect of your property and nothing seems too much trouble and they do it with a smile on their face, they are a great team!

If you are looking for a service from a well oiled family business, then you needn’t look any further ! Trust me, what they charge you is worth every penny and more. Do not hesitate booking, you won’t regret it!"

We used C Neale on a recommendation from a friend who had moved recently. I’m so glad we diid. They are a hard working team, who respect your belongings & property. They are friendly & will do anything to help make the move out/moving in, as easy as possible. We had 2 nutcracker ornaments, 6ft approx, not the easiest thing to move, they went above & beyond to make sure, these were kept safe, as they did with everything they moved. Unfortunately our house wasn’t ready to move into straight away & belongings went into storage. You will not go wrong using this company to move out/move in/ they are perfect- 1st class company.

"They don’t need to change a thing- how can you when your so good at what you do.
Great company, from start to finish - hard working team - will go above & beyond to help you move in/move out, always with a smile.

Moved from a 3 bed house in Romford, to a 4 bed house in Wickford. It was a simple enough move involving a few white goods, beds, a sofa bed and quite a few boxes.

"I contacted Neale's through a recommendation, Paul popped round to look over the job and gave me a quote a day or so later. Having never used a removal firm before I needed a bit of help as to when to book and what services I needed. Paul was extremely helpful, replied to all my emails with direct helpful answers and reassurance.
Once I was exchanged Paul booked me up and dropped over boxes and packing stuff that day. Plenty of stuff too!
On the day the guys were punctual, made swift careful work of the removal and were there to meet me when I had the keys. They were really nice, professional guys that seemed to really care about doing a good job. Nothing was broken or damaged even slightly, all the gear was in roughly the right room as you would hope. It was swift but not rushed.

I moved from my home in Romford to near Chelmsford. I lived on the 7th floor in Romford (with lift) and moved to a first floor flat (with no lift). There were no concerns or complaints about being in a flat, and having to navigate the stairs!

"The whole experience of moving is a very stressful time anyway. I was recommended this company by a friend, and they exceeded all expectations.
They got back to me in a timely manner after my first enquiry and they sent someone round within a couple of days to 'price up'. I had a phone call with a quote that same day.
A small deposit ensured they provided me with boxes, tape and bubble wrap, this was an ample supply.
My moving date was changed multiple times, and each time I called to rearrange, Paul was friendly, polite and reassured me.
I was anxious about the moving day anyway, but the 4 gentleman who came to my property were all friendly, experienced and knew what they were doing!!
They explained what would be happening, and where they would wait with my belongings until my keys were collected. On arrival to my new property, they got all of my belongings in safely and quickly. Each box was delivered to the correct room. None of my belongings were damaged or missing."

3 bedroom extended house with endless garden pots and bits. Moved into a 3 bedroom bungalow 60 miles away.

"We certainly choose the right removal company. The team of 4 completed our move without any issues or problems. They knew exactly what to do and when to do it, they worked non stop and completely loaded the two vehicles within 3 hours including endless amounts of garden stuff and potted plants. The move was over 60 miles away and when they arrived everything was unloaded and placed in the right rooms and areas.
They took great care of delicate items and personal items ensuring all was carefully handled. Nothing was broken, dented or damaged.

Moved from Billericay to Brightlingsea

"The whole team were amazing. Arrived on time, took care in handling and loading my possessions. They are flexible too in that I had 2 items to be dropped off at my parents house and 2 items collected, this was no problem for them at all.

They arrived at the new house ahead of time and had everything moved in within 2 hours. It was a very hot day and they worked so hard. All furniture was reassembled and positioned correctly and all the boxes were put in the correct rooms.

They just made the move less stressful and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone."

It was a very efficient service from the time I asked for a quote to the actual move itself. I was impressed with the professionalism of the firm and they gave me confidence in them. There were 4 men moving everything out of my home and 3 doing the actual move and many hands certainly made for a speedy service. I would definitely recommend them

"I emailed the office to make an appointment and to make sure they could move me on a specific date, 2 weeks later. I received a reply in the affirmative and a visit was set up for the next day.
Paul was very professional both in appearance and manner and sent me a quote that evening with a copy of the contract. He had explained about insurance and some other legal points covered by the contract.
I emailed back the next day and he brought me boxes and wrapping paper and the paperwork to sign and pay. We agreed a time for the move.
Paul and 3 other men came punctually at the agreed time and in less than an hour the van was loaded and the 3 men began the drive.
I went in another vehicle and arrived half hour before them which was helpful as I could sort out where I would like the various items of furniture positioned.
Again, they were very efficient unloading, very helpful about listening to where I wanted things placed, courteous and pleasant.
I would definitely recommend them."

"Paul, Dave, Dan and Kevin was amazing in making sure everything went smoothly after the headache from the solicitors we only got the confirmation of a move date the afternoon before hand they made sure everything went perfectly and helped with last minute packing and once we got to the house they unloaded everything quickly and perfectly making sure that the key items was put where we needed and putting heavy items such as the tv and unit together for us I can’t thank them enough"
