Move was from a three bedroom semi-detached house in a town to a two-bedroom second floor flat. The removers did all the packing and unpacking. The flat was in a different town from the house.

Vehicular access-angle of entrance gates. They understood entirely and so used smaller vans over 3 days. Worked very well.

Understood need to disconnect some furniture-dining table, beds. Reassembled properly and correctly.

Understood need to separate personal and work items.

"The removal went very well as the team listened to our instructions and acted upon them.

They were polite, professional and asked about the items. They also kept us informed on the whole operation

They respected our furniture, as no significant accidents.

They also went beyond their brief to offer advice and help to re assemble and help us to ensure items were working. They did not leave until the job was finished. They made the whole move, less of a stressful operation."
