"Brilliant - I felt helped and supported by everyone on the Taxitruck team - both when trying to sort moving dates ( with exchange and completion day uncertain until the last moment ) and with packing and moving days themselves. "It was a very easy process,the valuation was sent quickly and they understood we had to move quickly and did everything they could to accommodate this.They provided boxes for us to pack. "Could not believe how supportive the team at taxi-trucks were� they worked with me the whole time even when my dates were constantly changing.

In addition I felt really safe with Rob and his team in our home which for me was very important.

On the day we had three great lads..that we�re just so accommodating. Everything went smoothly and I didn�t have a single worry..

I felt completely comfortable with robs team moving and could not recommend them highly enough, so glad I went with my gut instinct.

Finally Big shout out for Jill in the office who was beyond helpful and always made me feel at ease.

Overall just brilliant service but above and beyond team.

We moved from Great Stambridge in Essex to Polstead in Suffolk. They took 4 days to move us and did a great job. Our new home is much smaller than the one we left but they somehow managed to fit all our oversized furniture through the far too narrow doorways and a very tight staircase.

"They were very professional and made the whole process a real pleasure with almost no stress at all! They were not the highest or lowest quote but gave good value for money. We were delighted with the result and only had one very, very small breakage. Great job. Thank you"

We moved 70+ miles from our original location. We elected to pack our boxes ourselves and the collection was booked one day before collection with delivery to our new address on the following working day which worked well and gave us time to clean and prepare our new property. Taxi Truck did dismantle and set back up our beds which was a big saving in time to us.

Relocating from Reading to Ipswich, from a building with 2 flights of stairs to one with a spiral staircase. Challenges included tight access for the 3 seater sofa exiting the property.

"Change of plan with the move as all items were originally going into storage but I found somewhere to live so a revised plan and quotation was required to deliver into my new home. The virtual viewing went smoothly and given the distance worked really well. The office team were very helpful. The team who arrived were smartly dressed, friendly and on day 1 worked hard to get everything moved out and loaded into the vehicle. It was a long day but once everything was loaded they departed and I met up with them at my new home on day 2. The unloading process went a lot quicker. The team's good humour helped make a really stressful move go smoothly and as hassle free as possible. Very impressed with the whole service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending them."

70 something Mother-in-Law moved from Dovercourt, Essex to Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. It was a house-house domestic move.

"Well, moving day finally arrived for Mother-in-Law and all mucked in to help the guys from Taxi Truck Removals in emptying the house and eating the bacon rolls.
In good time the lorries were loaded and we were off to the new house.
A repeat performance in reverse filled the new place with boxes, furniture, garden statues and even the heavy crystals!
I cannot recommend this crew and company highly enough, their good nature never wained even when getting large settees through narrow doorways.

Move from a 5,600sq ft home in Essex to a 4,000sq foot home in suffolk. High value and heavy items included in the move of particular note was the moving of a granite top dining table, and expensive audio tv equipment.

"We have used Taxitrucks a number of times in the past and having recently changed ownership we were more than happy to see the same exacting standards and levels of service we had experienced previously. The quote process was swift and cost effective compared to other local companies.
The team arrived on time were friendly and polite and took interest in our needs and requirements.
Ours was a large property with an interior move to match, the move took place over 4 days in total and went very smoothly. Taxitrucks provided packing material and boxes and were happy to provide additional boxes when requested�. We packed in excess of 120 boxes not realising just how much stuff we had!

Very happy with the service provided, Robin ensured that we were happy at every step off the way, overseeing us out of our property to get us moved to suffolk as quickly as possible. Wouldn�t hesitate in recommending."

"Very satisfied with the way TaxiTruck were able to accommodate our move.

Great care taken to ensure all our possessions arrived in the same condition to which they were packed. Some determined but careful manoeuvring of the furniture into the upstairs rooms via a curved staircase.

Well done. The 4 guys from TaxiTruck (Adrian, Sam, Kieron and Chris) worked amazingly well and having started at 0830 were fully unloaded 40 miles away by 1730... will be using TaxiTruck again."

"We had originally booked with Greens Removals but they could not accommodate us for that date. They asked if we could go with TaxiTrucks. The best piece of advise we have had lately. This firm is extraordinary. Their team was professional, polite, kind and funny. They arrived at 9am and everything was loaded by 11.30am. They arrived at Stowmarket at 1.30 and they had finished by 3.30. If you need moving, you can�t get better elsewhere."

The movers had an number of challenges to overcome such as parking in a very tight spot but managed expertly. Getting our piano into the new home was not easy but they coped well with a smile!
