Moving the house and garden contents from Herefordshire to Somerset. The move was from a large seven bedroomed house over 4 floors to a two storey four bedroomed farmhouse and cottage. The house and garden items were packed gradually by Bennetts over the period two weeks, stored for ten days and moved over 2 days with a day in between.

"A somewhat difficult operation in our opinion undertaken with a high degree of professionalism. The team allowed us to stay sane and a degree of humour was evident throughout.

My move was from a flat of a large house with many steep stairs to the first floor, and more stairs to the second floor my new build bungalow was not quite ready and a lot of my furniture had to fitted into the garage.

"Mr. Bennetts men were up and down the steep stairs in the flat with speed and good humour. The neighbours were very impressed with the driving of lorry in such a tight spot leaving plenty of space for the business on the grand floor. On arrival at my bungalow, they made space in the garage for my sitting room furniture by moving the builder's cardboard, which was over and above their limit. Bennetts gave me a lot of help and reassurance which was a great relief as I am on my own.

Three men came to pack us upon they were very quick and efficient. I think it took them 2 1/2 hours.
The next day two men arrived on time to deliver and again very kind and efficient. A bookcase wouldn't go upstairs so they prompt took it apart and put it back together again upstairs.

"Charlie, Jacki, and Jon packed us up very quickly and efficiently. Charlie and Jacki arrived next day and after a 200-mile drive were within 10 mins of their estimated 8 AM time.

A lovely group of lads smartly dressed and always cheerful. We would recommend the company to anyone.

Moving house is a traumatic experience but Bennetts safely guided us through with the minimum of fuss. Many thanks."

Our move was from a 3 bedroom to a two bedroom. Rom a taw to a village. Every part of it went smoothly. We had 2 bedrooms, large kitchen and garden to move bits from. A all round 3 star rating well deserved.
