On the day the vans were over an hour late arriving. All the team introduced themselves and throughout the day were approachable and friendly. The team worked quickly to cover the carpets and then started loading. The team checked in with us and made sure they were clear about everything. At the new house the items were placed in the correct rooms and they helped to put heavy furniture in the right position.
