We made our move over two days. The lads came and loaded up one day, and as we were moving a fair way, they met us the next day at our new address. They all worked quickly and efficiently, taking care of our belongings.

"The company earned my business because of the professionalism and helpfulness of their Bristol receptionist. The other staff I met were very helpful and they were flexible in assisting me with my mive.

Initially slow in getting a quote but once I had spoken to the Bristol receptionist things moved fast. The other staff I dealt with were helpful and flexible."

I moved a short distance away, the removal men were very good.

" A member of staff was sick and they got a replacement so my move still went ahead. They worked continually to get it loaded and delivered. They were polite and very efficient. I would use Fox removals again.

I chose Fox as I may have needed storage on the day if the tenants in my new property hadn't left. This wasn't needed but I would use Fox again even if storage was not required."

Military move

"My husband is in the Army and we have moved house on an almost annual basis for the last 12 years, so I have a good deal of recent experience with removals' firms. Fox (particularly the team assigned to my move) were fantastic from start to finish and this was easily the smoothest, least stressful experience I've ever had. Amazing they go above and beyond Brian & Chris you never stopped, Best team going thank you guys

"I would definitely recommend fox, and like to thank them all. From Colin the estimator, Amanda Lake in the office and the best moving guys Brian & Chris you guys went above and beyond. And nothing was any bother. They even took my plastic storage shed through the park and over the wall. They saved me over £100 to buy a new one. If you are lucky enough to have Brian & Chris it will be the best move. Thanks again to the dream team 😁"

Downsize from large property to smaller property. Large move with expensive furniture and many fragile items.

"Fox were the most expensive of the three quotes we obtained, but we were convinced by the professionalism and the knowledge of the consultant that visited our home as well as the care taken in personally visiting and assessing the access restrictions of our new home before quoting. We had a traumatic conveyancing process and couldn't commit to a removal date, but Fox were the most accommodating of the three companies that quoted. We were delighted that the consultant who visited us arrived on the first of the move days and personally packed and loaded the van - he didn't just stand and direct the team. Indeed, he came to offload the final day at our new home. There were a couple of items that were slightly damaged in the move; but we have never moved before without something happening like that - we are glad that with Fox it has been relatively minimal. Fox have been exceptionally caring about these points and overall I simply cannot fault their service, certainly compared to other "National" movers I have experienced in the past. They come highly recommended and we would have no hesitation in using them again."

This was a military house move organised via agility logistics. I am unable to comment on the cost or value for money as this came as zero cost to myself as I am a member of the military and the cost was incurred by the MOD.

"Fox Moving and storage were excellent from the start. They contacted me soon after the removals were authorised by agility logistics and kept in touch regularly to update me on developments ensuring that I had no need to chase information. When I needed to change my move dates, Fox accommodated this request with minimum fuss and worked around my requirements.
The staff that packed and moved my belongings were extremely professional and courteous. They tailored the 3 day move in stages to ensure that it was as smooth as possible and stress free, particularly when unpacking at the new property.
Having conducted 4 military house moves in the last 6 years, Fox has been the best company I have dealt with by a country mile. The level of service was excellent from start to finish."
