Plymouth to Southport from storage. 1xdrive and 16 year old "rookie". 8 hour drive arrived 4 pm and proceeded to unload! I am disabled and chairs came off last 4 1/2 hrs later! clothes decanted. Not on cardboard rails but metal rails. Mayhem. Electric control for rechair missing. Found 3 days later!

"I would have expected, unloading to be the following day (we were in temp accommodation). Driver was not staying overnight in Southport but heading back to M6. Is this legal?. Also I had packing done but moving into larger house. So boxes left in wrong rooms. This company came recommended and have been very disappointed. Also Tommy was very discourteous.
Mimicking my accent and cheeky. Stairs uncovered on unloading."
