Our household possessions, which had been brought from London (removal date 29 November 23) were delivered on 8 July 24 from storage in Edinburgh.

"We cannot praise Ryan and Chrise too highly. They arrived ahead of time, got down to work at once, were choosing highly professional and competent. And were unfailingly courteous, friendly and helpful. A good team and very good men.

We are finding bits of damage (more likely done in London, 1 feel) I have yet to uncover all items we thought had been packed. Will report when we finish emptying and inspecting boxes. All a bit chaotic right now. "

I moved from a 4 bedroom house 7 miles to a 2 bed bungalow. There was no parking outside the house so the team bought a smaller van that would fit on the drive and shuttled things over. I am disabled so needed a full packing service.

"I chose GB liners, even though they provided the highest quote because.
They came and did an estimate to understood my particular needs
I had used them once before and was pleased with their service
I like that they employed their own staff who had a stake in the business.
On the day they were very friendly, relaxed, supportive and accommodating. I was very anxious about the move but they made it very manageable.
I think their high level of service is worth paying a bit more for. "

They packed breakables, I did the rest.

"I couldn't fault the service, from the initial estimator, through the office staff as dates were continually charged, to the actual removal team, 4 on 1st day then just 2 on days 2 & 3 who worked really hard, very efficiently, and always with a smile, and at all times extremely polite and helpful. "
