A two day removal and one day delivery.

"The surveyor video-called me, and I showed them around my house while they created an inventory of my possessions and noted any possible issues. I was then sent some boxes to enable me to start packing.

On the first day of the removals, the team turned up promptly. They worked all day loading the truck, then returned the second day to continue loading it. On the third day, the removals team turned up at my new house to deliver my removals, unloaded the truck and then left.

My removals were treated with care, and the team was friendly and respectful of my property.

Thank you for an effortless and stress-free moving experience."

Move followed the sale of a 6 bedroom house in Southwest France after 31 years of ownership. The 18t lorry was unable to negotiate the long and steep drive.

"I contacted a local removal co. that sent us a 3.5t and 2 experienced team leaders. They worked together with the Fox crew perfectly and the removal was completed on time thanks to the Fox crew packing until midnight on the first day to recover the time lost resolving the access problem.
Delivery was made to a UK village address to a house we haad only previously visited twice. The 3-man Fox crew was able to effect delivery in one day, but without any unpacking.

Moving from France necessitated a video survey. Impossibility of a physical survey increased the risk of access issues that I was unable to judge.

Fox crew members were fast, competent, clearly experienced, friendly and polite. A major house move is invariably traumatic and requires patience and understanding from those carrying out the move. The Fox crew scored highly in this regard."

Move out of one house into storage for one month, then move out of storage and into new property.

"Katherine in the office was wonderful, not being in a position for firming up a final removal date she kept our potential date reserved until the day before we were able to confirm. Both sets of teams for the moves were excellent and had each move completed in four hours. They all operated professionally and took good care of our property."
