"On the day of the move the team did a great job. Went to a lot of effort, despite some of our furniture not fitting in our new property.

Communicating with head office was harder. Email was fine, but no-one available to pick up the phone despite several attempts on different days."

"A professional and reliable service with excellent communication throughout. The team were friendly, polite and respectful. I was particularly impressed with the care taken to move my piano. The company were flexible when asked to change the location due to rental accommodation not being available. Everything went smoothly on the day and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommended."

Moved our furniture into storage for six months.

"The care taken to ensure it was sired and returned free from damage was exceptional and I cannot recommend them enough.
Thoroughly helpful and respectful at every stage. The young lady at the booking end was also very helpful and polite. The assessor that came to estimate a quote was knowledgeable and even noticed that we had an extensive array of limited edition prints and offered advice on haw to pack them to avoid damage.
Overall there is nothing that they could do to improve their quality of service"

MOVE FROM WESTCLIFF TO SUFFOLK-ALL GOOD

"Move It removals turned up bang on time and the 4 man team loaded the lorry quickly and securely. Met the lorry outside the new house again bang on time and 3 hours later the team had unloaded the lorry and placed all items where i wanted them. No breakages."
