"I would like to complain. On the 14th of December, a man called me to ask when would I get the key to my new home I said I didn't know as it was up to solicitors and banks. He was very abrupt and horrid to me and told me he would cancel my booking if it wasn't early in the morning, I was in such a panic I am 80 yrs old, just lost my husband I was frantic and thought I was going to have a heart attack he was named [ ] and shouldn't be in the job with attitude like that."
