When negative comments are made about our service we look into why this might have come about and if such comments made are they legitimate? Having done so we are of the opinion that the claims made are not legitimate and in fact untrue and unjust.

The customers partner moved in prior to our teams arrival using a 'man and a van' where no floor protection was used hence the dirty floors! Despite this our staff carried out the normal procedure of covering floors and front door etc. Having had the partners effects delivered meant there was very little room for my staff to place the customers effects but managed to do so with complete professionalism and without complaint!

The customer failed to reserve parking which resulted in a much longer walk for our staff thus taking much longer for the unloading to be undertaken, time which the customer was not charged for.

As for the comment made about Hitler, my staff are consummate professionals and would never use that kind of speak at a customers premises.

With regards the drawer; when one of my guys removed the drawer the ball bearings fell out which is not unusual for flat packed furniture.
