Our move was complicated as we were moving to the other end of the country and going into storage for an unknown length of time the office staff took endless calls from me with questions and changes of plans - they were always so patient and helpful.
On our move out and delivery we had the same team leader Jordan he was outstanding. All the delivery men worked so hard, they were happy in their work, respectful and again so patient, we moved in November. It was great to see all of the delivery men wearing poppies - the lorry too.
