Some heavy garden pots were handled with ease. All loaded in less than three hours.

Unloading and placement of house contents was handled very well. Again about three hours.

Hertfordshire start. 3 Storey house. Half in storage. Half to Norfolk. Collect from our village deliver to barn three miles away. Remove from storage deliver to town and then take to storage in original cottage.

When the new house was found not being cleaned as promised, the moverst especially Tomt thought along and was accommodative on the solutions.

"Throughout the move there was clear communication both to the team of movers and to us.

Even though the move happened on very hot weather the team kept their manners and displayed a professional behaviour.

Moved from Norfolk to West Scotland, challenge of distance.

No chain, so timing was flexible and agreed to time convenient for both ourselves and mover.

Packed on day 1 before driving partway unloading and arriving days 2 and 3

Kitchen items were all very well packed but other rooms had less care, a bit more random.

Larger items were ones that suffered in move, likely moving in van. Chairs, barbecue and bookcase were items that we claimed for and were compensated.

However would have preferred if damage hadn't occurred in first place of course!

For long distance, suspect should have been better strapped / wrapped."

7:00 AM start to the day. Removal men all super efficient and extremely polite. Everything on lorries and away by 12.

Unfortunately we did not get keys until 5:30 PM but all men went above and beyond to get us sorted.
