Britannia moved us from our 4 bedroom house to another 4 bedroom house, therefore, we have a lot of stuff!

"They were absolutely brilliant from the morning they arrived to when they left on day 2! They took the stress out of the whole experience. They were so calm and professional the whole time. Service with a smile, so polite and a total delight to work with including the staff in the office. Nothing is too much trouble for this company. They go the extra mile! Thomas Casserlys moved us twice this year (2017), one load to France in the summer and another within North Wales just before Christmas.

"On both occasions, the move went smoothly and easily, although I'm not sure the guys themselves would say so, as the second move was to a second floor flat!
Every communication with the office was positive, packing materials were provided and I can't recommend them highly enough.
This won't be the lowest quote you get, but for peace of mind and professionalism, they are second to none."

Carried out very efficiently by the crew. Packed very well and carefully my possessions as I discovered when I unpacked later! Hard working, cheerful, careful. Team was especially careful with dismantling my large triple wardrobe and spent considerable time at my new address in re-assembling the same.

Although the move was stressful they carried out the move in a professional manner which helped a lot.

"They arrived at the time agreed and inspected the items to be collected. They decided to remove the items in an order to maximise the vehicle space. Glass shelves where packed separately in car board and sealed. Furniture and televisions were wrapped to protect them and placed to maximise any damage."

"An absolute delight moving with Thomas Britannia Casserlys.

Having completed the first leg of my two stage move (within 6 months), I am extremely pleased I made the right choice using this particular firm. The three removal men were polite, amiable and unbelievably helpful with packing and moving boxes and furniture into specific rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The office staff were highly professional and liaised well with all concerned.

I will be seeing them all in a few months for the second part of my move, and I am most certainly looking forward to seeing the guys again.

3 bed house move

"Three gentlemen with 2 vans arrived on time, all were well presented and polite. Two of the three worked particularly hard, the third seemed to be on his phone a lot and moaning about various things work related.
The young man(17 years of age) was particularly polite and seemed really happy in his work. I would have no problems recommending him for a permanent position with you as he represented your company in a positive and well mannered way.
They were asked to put things in particular places in the new property and on the whole, things were put in the right place, considering that we were not always available to direct things. Nothing was broken and as far as I can tell, nothing lost.

We were pleased with the service we recieved and would like to thank them for a smooth house move, which we were expecting to be very stressful.
